Fabulous room on the seventh floor with a view of the castle. We were able to check in early. A short walk from the bus station.

It is a bitty noisyas it is on the main street. It is a bit old fashion from the furniture point of view.

Very nice breakfast, lot of food. It is nearby old city center and in the new area with lots of restaurants. Staff of the hotel is very friendly, I was able to agree on later check out 12:00. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel, dedicated places.

Limited privacy with shared balcony with the entire floor so anyone can look into your room. No solid curtains so was very bright and noisy.

Way to the Old Center takes around 20 with very steep hill - this is not a minus of hotel itself, but something to remember ;)

Hotel is close (7 minutes) to the intercity bus station. Situated on the main city street, outside turistic Old Town, there are all local cafe, restaurants and shops nearby. Room was comfortable and very clean. There is a shared terrace linking all rooms. Staff very kind and helpful.

The shower curtain was a good 4 inches above the floor as a result there was a lot of water around the tiny shower area when used- messed up the whole bathroom

The room very clean with a traditional touch. The view from the room to the castle was great. The breakfast very good and people helpfull . It is at 8 min walk from the bus terminal.

In the morning there was a brief moment with no water in our room. Though after telling the staff they managed to fix the problem within 10 minutes or so. Apart from that there's really not much to criticize. Very solid place.

We got a great little room on the top floor of this hotel that had recently been renovated. Even though the hotel is located right next to a relatively busy street, there was very good soundproofing and the road speeds are quite low so there was barely any noise in the room. Beds were comfy, everything was very clean and it's only about 01-15 minutes walk into the old town. The staff of the hotel is exceptionally friendly. Would definitely come back another time.

Wi-Fi isn't fast!

The hotel/room was very clean, super location - about 10min walk from the castle.Bed more than comfortable. I've slept like nowhere before. Strongly recomend!

Nice, cosy hotel, clean and comfort. Very very nice staff and excellent breakfast!❤ Great location with bars, stores, farmacies and not far from the old city and the castle - though we went by car and used public parking.

The rooms were fine, not that super spacious, but had everything you needed. Some of the rooms in our group had a very small shower, but overall it was fine :). One room was way too small, but we could change rooms straightaway so that was good service! PS. the location is good, but be prepared for the hike up to the city centre ;)

We stayed with a group of 30 people, and had a great time! The breakfast was very nice, the rooms were fine as well, and the view was superb! However, our main highlight was the staff! The owner/manager of the hotel was so helpful, and helped us fix a bus to Sarande for the entire group. He even helped us haggle with the bus driver when he tried to ask a ridiculous amount of money from us, so so kind! The bar on the second floor was also great! Nice and airconditioned, and big selection of drinks All the rooms had their own bathrooms and towels were changed daily!

- Nothing of major concern. - The balcony is more like an open terrace for several rooms which seemed a little impractical. - Window curtains not that great so you may get light early on in the summer.

- Modern, clean hotel, kind and helpful staff. - Convenient location. Less than 10min walk to the bus station. For the Old town you need to hike up but it's well doable in 15-20min. - My room was on the 5th floor with great view of the castle.
