The same breakfast menu each day (5 meals). The sewage system was in poor condition. The should be more tables and chairs on roof terrace. The corners in the bathroom could be cleaned better. Missing lightbulbs in lamps.

The room was really small and sometimes the cleaning wasn't excellent.

Fabio and all the staff was really nice and very available to each requests, we felt like in family! The position is super with the private beach just in front the hotel. Orikum is very quite and perfect for 2 lonely ladies also going around in the night. A good choices of restaurants along all the promenade. The restaurant in the hotel is very good indeed. Falemniderit!

The owners don't seem to care about repairs: the faucet in my room was broken in half and covered in rust. There was rust on the makeshift mirror. The lamp on the terrace and the one above the bed were burned out, and the toilet seat was damaged. They need to pay attention to repairs and replace the wooden sunbeds with dirty mattresses with new, plastic ones.

Best about this place is great stuff. The staff is great. All employees are very polite, fast and clean. Location of the hotel is great too- near the sea, beach is wright across the hotel.

The hotel itself is falling apart, bathroom door not properly working, to misquotes net torn apart...tv hanging where the clothes should hang..... the beds were so hard that i think all of my family had back problems afterwards, same with pillows too high... There are tons of stuff like this that i can mention but you get the point. The condition of the rooms was outdated, the worst was the bathroom. Since the mosquito net on the balcony door was broken, you couldn't open the balcony door overnight (lots of mosquitoes), all in all a sleepless night. Plain breakfast, just eggs or toast, and you had to pay for coffee such a weird thing to do. Its really ashame they care so little and do the bare minimum to keep the place working. I do not recommend it.

The try their best to fulfill the requests of the costumers. -Prices are also very reasonable. -Parking and Sun Bead are included in the room price.

We booked an apartment with 4 single beds for adults and when arrived at the property the staff very rudely told us that there were 2 beds for adults and 2 for kids and they will not do anything about this because they are full and have no time to fulfill our needs.

You could more easily find a mermaid than the receptionist. And when you found him, asked for changing of the sheets and towels, it didn't happen. Asked one of the waiters to find the receptionist and they said they had to call them on the phone. Asked to give them the message to change the towels and the sheets, didn't happen, again (4 days stay, same towels and sheets). The guard outside told my son when he came back to the hotel late that the hotel had opening hours and that he could not come back after midnight (which was a lie, of course, but just an old grumpy guy exercising authority towards a youth).

It had a good terrace and location. The waiters at the restaurant were excellent.

Great place, clean, quiet, private beach with free umbrella and sun bed right outside the hotel. Amazing breakfast, parking, very kind and helpfull staff. Amazing wiev from balcony.
