We stayed at Sunrise Qeparo Hotel with family for 4 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness — the staff are truly exceptional and made us feel right at home. Our room was beautiful, clean, and right in front of the beach, with a stunning view from the balcony that we enjoyed every day. The beach itself was clean and relaxing, and the hotel provides its own umbrellas and sunbeds, along with fresh beach towels every day if you need them — such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was very good every morning, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with a small market just next door, which was super handy. One extra service we appreciated was the buggy transport from and to the parking area — it’s not far, but with several bags and children, it made things much easier. Everything else was truly excellent — especially the incredibly warm and helpful staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, welcoming place right by the sea.

The only small thing to note is that the coffee pods in the room’s machine weren’t emptied daily, but this was very minor compared to the overall quality of our stay.

We like everything. The bed was very comfortable, the view, amazing ❤️❤️. Every corner was clean, the staff very helpful. And we enjoyed a very delicious morning with a view extraordinary. We will come back for sure. Thank you Sunrise Hotel!

The bathroom is a bit small, so after the shower the whole floor is wet It’s not about the hotel exactly, but the beach next to it - underground springs from the nearest mountain fall into the sea right on the beach, and the water temperate in them is very cold, like idk 5 degrees. And the water in the sea is cooler here because of them

Beautiful stay with stunning views! Sunrise Qeparo is a peaceful spot with amazing sea views, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Albanian Riviera. Great value for money — highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amazing view of the sea and sound of the waves from the room. The fact that the distance between the pedestrian walkway in front of the hotel and the sea was only several meters so the hotel lounge chairs and umbrellas were right next to the sea. The rooms was clean, comfortable and quiet and the AC worked very well even with 37 C outside. Several good quality restaurants and a small market for drinks etc in easy walking distance were wonderdul especially given the busy holiday traffic outside the pedetrian zone around the hotel.

If arriving by car, Google maps did not take us to the correct road for the hotel parking, instead indicating that we had to walk from the busier road running through the village. The private parking is a few hundred meters away and sometimes requires someone to open a locked gate to park. Instructions from the hotel explaining where to go to park would be an improvement. bedside reading lights would be an improvement.

Beautiful quiet location amazing veiw great staff.

I stayed at this lovely beach hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious and clean, with a big balcony overlooking the beach – the view was just stunning. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, thanks to an elevator right at the reception that takes you straight down – super convenient! Breakfast was very good, with a variety of fresh and delicious options that changed daily. Something for everyone! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests were comfortable and happy. You can really feel they care.

We had a wonderful stay in Qeparo. The hotel is amazing. Great staff and a room with the best view ever. The location is perfect to discover the Albanian Rivera.

There was during the breakfast only water. Orange juice or coffee would make the breakfast more complete.

Clean rooms, nice views of the ocean, staff helped carry bags up the steep entrance to the hotel.

Worst stay during a week long trip through Albania. At the 100-150 euro price point, you can do much better. - Room we were first assigned had a broken window. The manager on duty seemed surprised while another employee suggested it had been broken for months. - Renovations are ongoing. It wasn’t disruptive during our stay but we were surprised by how messy it was, how little effort was made to ensure a nicer and safer environment for guests. The main entrance was covered in nails. - Breakfast was a scam. They say breakfast is included but it’s actually provided by a restaurant a few min walk down the beach. We went there and they were out of half the menu (said no fruit, cereal, yogurt - only eggs or pancakes) and also said coffee would be charged extra. We left and ended up paying for and eating a full breakfast at a MUCH nicer spot down the road. When we asked management about why they charge for coffee (a first for us in Albania) he said it’s because we give you coffee pods in the room. So apparently you’re supposed to drink coffee in the room and then walk to breakfast! They should tell you this at check in :) - Lastly, instructions for parking were not provided in advance or clearly marked. Google maps sent us to another location initially. This may not happen to others but be careful. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel until management changes or improves.

Beautiful brand new hotel, extremely clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the ocean and access to a very nice clean beach. When we visited, some parts of the hotel were still under construction, so understandably some things were still a work in progress, like the parking, but the hotel staff were all so incredibly kind and accommodating and made everything go seamlessly. We really wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel is located in the best part of Qeparo, rooms are modern, big, clean and the views is the best part, with big windows and a balcony. Also the hotel ofers beach bed with an umbrella included with the price. I would recomend this place.

The view is amazing, but that is pretty much it.

Small bathroom with open shower so it gets very wet. No where to hang towels. We had to ask the reception for toilet paper, as there were only a few pieces on check-in. The room was ok, but doesn't feel like much thought was put into it when being build. The power went off at 2am leaving a beeping noise and hot room for 20 minutes. Surely does not feel like a 4 star hotel, or is worth 140euro.

Everything perfect

Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything we needed during our stay. They made me a surprise for my birthday, helped me with medicine when i felt sick and they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is very nice placed, close to restaurants and all the rooms have sea view.

The walls are thin and you can hear noise from neighbours
