Reviews of Hotel Summer Stars 3 stars

I liked the cleanliness, the location and the option to make the room completely dark, which helped my kid sleep in the morning. Our room had a large balcony in which we had dinner, with the groceries we bought at the market downstairs. The staff was quiet and helpful.

This is more like a bnb rather than typically a hotel. My rating is for what I chose and for what the hotel openly offers. This is not a 5 stars hotel, so there is room for improvement, but all in all we were welcomed and comfortable for our stay at the hotel. I wouldn't say that there was anything bothering me. Maybe just the noise from outside, but this is something common in Lungomare.

Location near the beach, very pleasant and welcoming owner.

.The balcony of the room overlooking the sea offers a superb view of the beach and the sunset. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is tasty.

The bathroom was very very dirty and full of mold. The room was cleaned only once in 3 days. The pillows are hard, the breakfast poor. The gentleman at the reception does not understand English at all and it was very difficult to communicate.

I cant believe this is called a 3 star hotel ! When we arrived we didnt find parking, it was so hot in the lobby and we had to wait 30 min because the manager was taking a shower in the lobby's toilette ! Staff was rude and incompetent. Rooms were dirty including the toilette and none came to clean or to change the towels and sheets. There was also a large yellow mold in the wall of the room ! Very old and bad hotel definetely !

Great location next to the beach and nice that they had their own car park right next to the entrance. Staff was generally nice and helpful.

The noise - as others write the parties on the beach are very loud. But as they stop at midnight this was not the worst for us: What was worst was the room (and they called it the best one) was located right next door to the washing room where a cleaning lady from 7 am would roll and was sheets. The roller was extremely loud and she would have an alarm on her phone go off all the time. They need to fix this. Also breakfast was not the best, but it was OK. And the bed of the room looked very moldy. All in all not worth the money, but they're really nice and they're trying.

The shower in the bathroom has no glass wall or cubicle.

there are shops beneath the rooms of the hotel who turn on the loud music since 7:30am and if you want to sleep, don’t try, you won’t. it’s really annoying. that’s about rooms with sea view. if you choose inner yard view, it would be more quiet probably. but that’s not actually about the hotel, that’s about the sellers in these shops.
