Unfortunately, the hotel’s surroundings have drastically changed. Currently, there are about 15 hotels and complexes being built right next door and all along the beach road. The area is filled with cement dust, trash, and constant construction noise from trucks moving up and down the road. The once-beautiful flower garden that the owners carefully tended is now covered in cement dust and slowly dying. Sadly, these changes have affected the serene atmosphere this hotel once had. In two to three years, when construction is finished, this place will likely return to being a wonderful getaway, but for now, the construction is a major disruption.

This is such a lovely hotel with so much potential. The restaurant is fantastic—beautifully decorated with a modern, natural look. A meandering path leads from the restaurant to a secluded, picturesque beach just around the corner, which offers a peaceful escape. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, modern, and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space and a stunning view of the beach. The hotel itself was perfectly located just three years ago, at the end of a quiet road, on an ideal beachfront location. It is clear that the owners have put a lot of care into creating a welcoming environment with thoughtful touches throughout.

Unfortunately, the location isn’t the best as there’s a lot of construction happening next to the hotel, making parking difficult. The breakfast is okay, but the service could use improvement.

The location was so bad. It was so far from everything. The road was not fixed. There wasn’t any shop near the hotel. There was no parking and you had to wait for so long to find a parking spot. The hotel parking was very high and we couldn’t get our car there because our car was low. For breakfast you didn’t have much options there was not much things but the food that was there was good. You could never find the receptionist there. We waited for half an hour and nobody showed at the reception.

The cleaning ladies were so so nice. I asked for an iron for my clothes and they took my clothes and iron them for free. The room was clean and beautiful. The water was so so clean.

The price is expensive for Albania. They say they have parking but it is public parking at the beach: depending on the time you’ll arrive at during high season, good luck for finding a spot!

The beaches are too busy and crowded and a lot of littering left behind. I believe this was a heavenly location but now soiled with over construction

The big resort in construction was ruining the vibe a bit. Its shame as the hotel was in a really nice location, trying to minimise the visual impact and that would be gone

The breakfast was the same every morning and was quite limited. It was fine for the first few days but after a week i desperately wanted something else. You have to like eggs to enjoy the breakfast (lucky that I do!)

Incredible location and views!! It’s amazing that the sun beds are included with the hotel on the best beach I went to in Albania! The most beautiful clear water with the best sunsets! The view from our room was also excellent but I think we had the best room so not all rooms would’ve had the same view.

The receptionist was not there all the time, sometimes we had to wait and we had to wait all day for an answer to the question about the availability of the bus.

Sheets was not totally clean but the hotel staff replaced it immediately after we told them, bathroom was very small and the toilet seat was broken.

The beach was great also the breakfast, staff was very nice, good value for the money.

There were not much to not like but I would say the pillows a little to hard for me and a piece of a road was not quite as I expected maybe this might relate to the constructions that were made near the hotel. Everything else were just perfect.

I liked everything, the environment was really lovely with flowers and garden, the hotel was like villas with 2 floors, beachfront with a spectacular view, the prices for the restaurant and bar were affordable, the rooms were daily cleaned and the facilities in the room were as I expected.

The nearby big hotels unfortunately will change the atmosphere of the beach and this wonderful family hotel. The beach bar close-by is very loud but is not audible from the hotel or the beach of the hotel.

Exceptional location, superfriendly staff and crystal clear water. Rocky and sandy beach combined. We are returning guests and i would definitely recommend this hotel and location again. The water is warm, beds and umbrella are free for guests, which is added bonus.

The bathroom space can be divided into the shower area separately as there wasn't even a screen and given the very small size of the bathroom, it made the entire area wet.

Excellent service at the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and polite. The room view was very good directly facing the sea. The food was amazing!

Last time we visited it was an isolated small hotel at the end of the road. This time there was construction - the same owner is apparently building hundreds of apartments more, so the beautiful view to the mountains from the beach is blocked and we were subbjected to some nuissance due to the construction. There was another construction happening at the beach behind the hotel, and that was quite annoying, every day with some truck delivering something or somebody building or sawing or whatever. The road leading to the hotel was unpaved and if you go for a walk you breath in the dust raised by passing cars. If you drive on it you need to be very slow. There's no trees on the promenade, so you can only walk it in the evening.

The hotel is really close to the beach, literally on the beach itself. There's a reserved section with sunbeds for hotel guests, so you can always get a sunbed. The town and the shops are 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms are well cleaned and well equipped. There is nice flowers and greenery growing around the apartments. The staff is generally very helpful and polite. The restaurant has great food. The view from the restaurant is great.

They can't keep your baggage after the check-out.

The beach in front of the breakfast area is really nice and the hotel has comfy sunbeds. However, if you walk 5 minutes from the hotel, you get blue water beaches without umbrellas and sunbeds and without people, the authentic Albanian Riviera!!! Breakfast really good and the restaurant too. Try the seafood linguine!😍

During my stay there was a lot of neighborhood construction going on. I know this will be an exciting street/neighborhood in the near future .
