Excellent people. Villa was spotted in the middle of Ksamil. From there you can access centre of Ksamil beaches around just walking, car is not necessary.

Everything was perfect – cleanliness was absolutely top, all appliances were new and the conditions were excellent. The location was great, and there was also parking available. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here! If we return to Ksamil, we will definitely choose Oliver Studio again.

Our stay at Oliver Studio was truly exceptional. Everything was perfect – the cleanliness was outstanding, and all the appliances and furnishings were brand new and in excellent condition. The location is ideal, with convenient access to everything and a parking space available, which was a big plus. The hosts were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil. The host is excellent, always ready to help about anything. The apartment is well equipped, clean, everything is new. A spacious yard with lots of flowers, lemon and pomegranate trees. Recommendation to everyone.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’m really unhappy or really satisfied: But i recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming establishment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Nestled in a peaceful area away from the main traffic routes, it offers a perfect retreat while remaining conveniently close to the town center and the beach. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious rooms, equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. The large balcony, furnished with chairs and a table, provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, creating an inviting atmosphere. During our stay, the hosts' son graciously took my wife and me on a tour of the town, introducing us to fantastic local attractions and dining options. I was so impressed with my experience that I have already booked a return visit for ten days next year. I highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

We loved our stay at Oliver Studios. Oliver and his wife were lovely, so welcoming and inclusive. They have a bar area and shared outdoor area which was perfect for a cold beer. Our room was nice and big, comfortable and air con was great. I would highly recommend this stay

Perfect location, close to the centre but quiet street and short walk to beach. Large and clean room, equipped with everything you need. Very hospitable host. Mr. Enver is such a nice person, we love him. Make sure to try his grilled fish for dinner, it's super tasty. We’re definitely going to come back again.

David and his family are great host. They make you feel at home. The structure and room are simple but well equipped and clean. They also suggest us a great beach very quiet for the standard of Ksamil in august. If we will go to Ksamil again we will return. thanks!

Location is great, about 10 min walk to the beach. Owners are very friendly and nice. If you want to taste of Albanian hospitality this is the place to be. We definitely will stay at this place next time we visit Ksamil.

the hospitality from the famely is incredible! the atmosphere in the garden is verry lovely. the Studio is clean and has comfortable beds. the famely that owns the place are verry helpful and wants to help you to make it comfortable wherever they can. if i come back to Ksamil, i definitely come back! we are going to advice these Studio to our friends that wants to visit Ksamil!

We had a really great time here, therefore I recommend this location if you're visiting Albania. It is pretty close to shops and supermarkets as well as the beach. The rooms are very clean and are equipped with everything you need. Lastly, the hosts were really friendly and hospitable, they were always willing to help us and they made us feel at home right from the very first start.
