How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The access road was not clear and need some work.
Very friendly staff. The hotel is very well located, outside the city but very close in a very quiet place. The villas are brand new and have very comfortable beds.

Decent 30min trek from accom to their beach club. Would definitely benefit from a pool at the complex

The road to the hotel enttance was not yet built so we had towalk past garbage bins or an unpaved ans unlit parking area to get to the villas entranxe. The beach area and lounge chairs associated with the hotel were on the other end of Dhermi beach, a 30 min walk away so very inconvenient and this was not communicated in advance. There were some restaurants around but the main promenade was relatively far. No concierge/ hotel staff at night since there was no official lobby area.
The buildings were brand new, so were partly unfinished. It had a nice patio with outdoor seating and racks to hang clothes. It was relatively quiet far from the noise of the main beach area.

Parking space definitely needs to be improved, we struggled to find the Villa's parking space due to lack of signs. We also asked the staff member for recommendations on where to go in Dhermi, help with travelling to other beaches...and he was clueless. Perhaps it would be better to have staff who are a little more knowledgeable, Also, there should be a mat of some sort that stops the water from spilling over onto the bathroom floor from the shower and toiletries stand in the shower for guests. As we had to place our soaps/shampoos either on the floor or on top of the toilet. This has been mentioned before by previous guests.
The room and bathroom was lovely, clean, modern and obviously still very new. I liked that we had our own seating area outside of the room. The location is good, not far from the main strip/restaurants

I stayed here for 2 nights and all i can say is this place has Stunning Coastal Location, modern, bright rooms and is a New property with sea‑view balconies/terraces and fresh décor. i loved the “brand new” feel and well‑done rooms.Cleanliness & Comfort rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, A/C equipped and comfortable—“nothing missing”. Friendly, attentive staff – Management praised as “incredibly helpful, friendly and kind”, creating a warm welcome. Been helped by Ari and his Staff. Free Perks – Includes free Wi‑Fi, private parking and sunbeds in the beach which they were includedon the Rooms price. Great Amenities such as garden, terrace, 24‑hour security. Good for All Types of Guests and offers non‑smoking rooms.Excellent value for money. I would recommend for sure. See you next time and thank you.

This has been covered by other people’s feedback, but I put it down to the accomodation being brand new - no shower curtain/door, some basic amenities missing etc but it is still great value for money
The young guys managing the place weee incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. The place is brand new, so lots to do but a really neat spot and good value for money.

The property was very clean, Stiliani was so helpful, very nice the staff the manager as well, very welcoming and we felt very comfortable. The location was very good, they had a calm roundabout and qe could sleep very well.I totally suggest it😍

There are a couple of points you may consider for the future stays. We fully understand it is a new hotel and the details didn't bother us much: - The bathroom could get flooded easily, as there was no barrier. We were very careful anyway to not do that. - We would appreciate more hangers. For 3 people, we only had 3 hangers. - We really missed a full length mirror in the room. - Amenities such as kettle, coffee maker with some tea and coffee could have been useful too. As said, this are not negative reviews, just a honest feedback from a vivid traveller, for further improvement.
We had a very pleasant stay this summer here. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was comfortable enough and it was located in a good area, close to the main point (10 min at Dhërmi beach, 10 min at Green coast). The villas had the most comfortable pillows and beds we might have ever used. Bonus points; The access to the beach is included, but you need to have a car to go to that beach (which is nearby). Also, the parking is included at the villas and at the beach too, which helps you save.

The villas are really well made, nothing missing. The view from our balcony was amazing. Just a short a walk from small pretty beaches and the bars and restaurants.

Room was very small. Lacked basic amenities such as soap, clothe hangers wifi etc.
