A lovely, well equipped hotel perfectly situated between the beach, markets and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and even managed to let us stay an extra day!

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many, but this one is definitely in my top list. The interiors are beautiful, modern, and very clean, as is the whole hotel. Breakfast was really good, and most importantly, the host is an absolutely wonderful person. There are also great amenities for women, such as a proper hairdryer and good lighting for makeup. I truly recommend this place with all my heart and will definitely come back!

The hotel was stunning, location was perfect. Everything is walking distances but there is also a car park if you want to drive to the beaches further out. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious

It would be nice to add a clothes dryer and a large mirror to the room. We missed it, maybe it's not there yet because the hotel is new.

Nothing but praise for this hotel. Ksamil is very very busy in high season and the beaches small and charge a lot for the required sunbeds. Go in June or September if you can.

This family run hotel is excellent and the staff friendly and relaxed. The pool is super. Ksamil is a very busy place, but otherwise this hotel is well located, just out of the centre, an easy walk and the area a little quieter and better for that. Supermarkets a few meters away and the beaches a 10 minute walk if that. Breakfast was really good.

So many rules you only learn after you break them—and then the manager tells you off… like using the “wrong” towel color by the pool or daring to step on the grass. Maybe a simple rules list would help. But seriously—please reconsider the overhead power lines above the pool; if anything goes wrong, it could end very badly.

Breakfast variety could have had more variety however it had plenty.

The property is located in a quiet area of Ksmail, located just off the main road from Sarande. The hotel is run by a local family, recently opened they are working hard and are establishing a delightful hotel experience. We really enjoyed the hotel. Lovely pool and garden area, 10 minute walk to the beach area, lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly the entire stay. They helped us figure the parking situation which was on site and even carried our luggage up to our room. The gentleman showed us around the room which wasn’t very roomy with two large suitcases, but otherwise, the room was very clean with everything we could need. The location itself was convenient and accessible to everything - back to back restaurants, supermarket (right around the corner) and beaches - about an easy 10-15 minute walk. If you’re into nightlife, the bars and clubs are in the exact strip as the beach access. 10/10 experience and will be returning!

The hotel is exactly as pictured. Modern, spacious, and cozy. The hotel staff is wonderful! They made my son and I feel right at home. My son was treated so well that he kept looking for the hotel staff to play with. I recommend Sondor Hotel to everyone.

Few minor things to catch up i.e. holders for hand towels.

Hotel Sondor is a new building located in a great location in the center of the town. Everything is extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with the most necessary things for a pleasant stay. We really liked the silence that allows for a pleasant rest and good sleep. Breakfast offers a good selection, the only thing that could be changed from time to time. Finally, it is necessary to highlight the exceptional hospitality of the staff, starting with Xhani and the rest of the staff who are always available for any assistance and service.

The best hotel in Ksamil! 🙌 Excellent Service from the owner and staff from reception, kitchen, restaurant and Housekeeping they are all nice and friendly they will provide all what you needed with personal touch and service. The owner himself always ask if everything is fine and if we needed something. As we celebrate our anniversary they gave us wine and personal note they have exceptional service like a 5 star hotel.Its sad that we dont want to go home after we checkin in Sondor. The people are so accomodating. They have Modern Facilities. A newly opened hotel that has a big room with nice terrace and modern pool. The breakfast is also awesome and always fresh and wide variety of foods! the location is not far from beach and center. i wil really recommend Sondor Hotel for all visiting Ksamil and we find our second home in Ksamil when we go back next time. Surely will come back to Sondor Hotel! 🫶 More Power!

An unforgettable stay - 10/10 experience! We stayed at Sondor Hotel during our girls' trip and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel itself is lovely - clean, comfortable, and well-located - but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality. The hotel manager went above and beyond in every possible way. He was kind, caring, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the perfect vacation. Every request we had was met with a smile - no matter the time - and everything we needed was taken care of almost instantly. We've never experienced such thoughtful and generous service in any trip we've taken. He truly made us feel at home and cared for on another level. If you're considering staying here - don't hesitate for a second. We can't recommend it enough, and we're already dreaming of coming back!
