DenmarkMaybe different preferences but we don’t like the loud pool music:( Dinner in Italian restaurant was ok, but not more than that.
Being a typical charter hotel, this place was great. Lush green surroundings, clean, modern and well kept rooms. Generally nice interior and decorations. All staff was genuinely nice, helpful and attentive. We also appreciated the sunbed policy (pool doesn’t open until 10 and not possible to reserve beds) - so all have a fair chance to get a nice spot at the pool:) Beach area beautiful as well.

NorwayCan do better job of sweeping the paths from leafs for a cleaner look and the toilets near the pool is not great so we used the ones in our room instead. The outdoor area of the kids club is tired but inside is good for younger kids and staff friendly. The taxi who is parked outside charge 3 x the price as standard taxi so recommend going to the taxi waiting outside resort if you want to save a penny.
Great family resort close to beach and good options for lunch and dinner. Good size rooms and the amenities you need. Plenty activities for families and good pools for a fun day in the sun.

United KingdomI enjoyed the all inclusive cocktails but they were sometimes inconsistent in terms of strength and sweetness.
Friendly staff, huge comfortable beds and the pool and beach area were just lovely. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day. Was able to use the facilities for a few hours after checking out. The Italian restaurant on site had the best service.

United KingdomFood was a little monotonous but I think they are trying to get better. Location is a little remote, nothing to walk too. We did use taxis ,using the “Speedy Taxi” App, half price to “Sol” taxi.
Brilliant smiley helpful staff. Very clean and tidy everywhere. Comfy beds and good pillows . Great showers and air con. Pools and beach area lovely and clean, lots of sun beds. Nice beer and wine served with meals.

United KingdomAll inclusive drinks, food selection. Drinks were made from the cheapest stuff you can find in the shops, pretty much undrinkable. If you wanted anything better had to pay extra. Food was okay, but some was missing tast. Plus pretty much all evening activities/entertainment was in French.
The pool was amazing, rooms very spacias, balconies as well. Pasta was made very nicely. Very nice place for kids to play.

United KingdomThe pool area seems recently renovated however it was quite dirty with plates of old food and cigarette butts around. The rooms were nice, however, not the cleanest . And it’s not as nice as the pictures. There was a lot of people checking in and not that many staff on desk to help. The staff didn’t seem to have my payment on file, which made me quite uncomfortable as it had left my bank account. It was sorted in the end. I have travelled Albania extensively and I’ve been to Albania 23 times. There are definitely better hotels however it’s not the worst.

United KingdomI had a good stay at this hotel overall. The location was great, the staff at the main hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of options. My room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely sea view, Also, I only had bed and breakfast, not all-inclusive, so one evening my daughter and I went to the Italian restaurant located within the hotel facilities. We waited a while to be served, but no one came, so we eventually left. When we returned later, the staff were staring at us, talking among themselves, and laughing in a way that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It turned out the restaurant had been closed earlier, but instead of simply letting us know, they chose not to say anything, which made the situation awkward. When I asked if they were open, one staff member said we could only order pizza. We did, since my daughter was hungry. The pizza was okay, but the overall experience left a bad impression. Despite these issues, I still appreciated the hotel for its location, room quality, and breakfast. I hope the service at the restaurant improves in the future.

The resort was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and had daily housekeeping. We had the all inclusive package and the food from the buffet was a great variety, their seafood options were a favourite of mine! Had lovely cocktails by the pool. I note there are still having some construction work done on the grounds but it did not stop the great experience and will definitely come back again

United KingdomI recently stayed at Sol Tropikal in Albania and unfortunately, the food experience was very disappointing. I tried both breakfast and dinner during my stay, and neither met basic expectations. The dinner buffet had limited variety, and most items tasted stale and no taste at all.I expected better quality, especially considering the price of the stay. I hope the management takes food quality more seriously in the future, as this really affected the overall experience.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. His attitude and energy were unacceptable, and it was so bad that we immediately checked out of the hotel.
