The location of this place is top notch. The rooms were beautiful and quite spacious. I was surprised to find out that despite the location, its not loud which was necessary with the kids. The staff were welcoming and so accommodating. Their breakfast was so great as well. Warm and fresh. My kids loved the pools as well. I highly recommend

Property is wonderful. Staff are incredible all levels from cleaners, reception to restaurant. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My family loved staffing there and would come again. We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 under 4s. Can’t wait to come again

Lack of storage in the rooms. We were a group of 4 so struggled for space. But that was the only problem. The rooms were very nice.

It is 3 minutes from bora bora beach. Very beautiful place, very nice staff. They offered to wash our laundry for free

The hotel isn't actually 4*, is 3* based on size of the rooms and facilities.

The front office guy was amazing, we loved him everyday. Also try the chicken soup there, that is the best one yet. Close to everything and walking distance to the beach, also good resto in front of it and shop.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to power up to blow hot air,we had to request extra blankets. Also the water was lukewarm warm,it was a bit cold bathing in the morning. The breakfast could do with a little more variety. Cereals ,biscuits etc.

The rooms are spacious,located close to the beach and the staff were very nice to us.

Amazing Staff, Wonderful hotel. Great location, Close proximity to everything. Fabulous staff and Friend , Helpful and very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Ksamil again. Stay here and you will not regret. Also their Steaks are Amazing. Must try, do recommend.

The Hotel is wonderful, well located to the beach , restaurants and pubs. Also a short walk to convenient Grocery store. The best Part about this hotel was the staff. Very hospitable, very kind and helpful and very friendly. They deserve the best, 100/100. Do recommend to stay here if you are visit Ksamil and you will not regret.

Being woken every night between 0130-0400 by a dog continually barking in a premises opposite the Hotel Sole Mar. Young lady receptionist spoke good English and always very polite and service-minded. Most of the male personnel struggled with English ( I know we English are spoilt wherever we travel because it’s almost taken for granted that everyone speaks/understands some English)

Nice location, close to beaches and also close to bars/restaurants. Adequate buffet breakfast…. strange that tea/coffee is made individually for each guest. Very nice coffee, but I would be equally happy with a self-service coffee urn/machine. Nice swimming pool area

The only thing I did not love was the lack of blankets! They provide sheet rather than a blanket and we were quite cold at night. Aside from that it was 10/10.

We loved this hotel! The location couldn’t have been more perfect with tons of restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beaches within steps from the from door of the hotel. The room itself was spacious, clean, beautiful and had air conditioning. The rooftop pool was stunning as well!

The shower head had no hook so you needed to hold it while showering - more an annoyance than something I didn’t like

The hotel is in a great part of Ksamil, close to beaches, bars, restaurants and other amenities. I always felt safe walking around and could get everything I needed/wanted in less than a 10min walk. The staff are fabulous and very accommodating, you just need to let them warm up to you (Albanian hospitality)!! The breakfast each morning had a small but sufficient buffet with fresh fruit and local olives that you definitely shouldn’t miss.

The hotel gave a great first impression; neat, clean and with a friendly staff. They were service oriented and very attentive to our needs. They made sure we had a pleasent stay. The included breakfast was great. The restaurant offered delicious meals to an affordable price. I would absolutely recommend enjoying a meal at the hotel restaurant! Everything we needed was within walking distance; multiple beaches, markets, shops, bars and restaurants. We had an extraordinary view of the sunset from our room. We were very happy with our stay.

Even though Hotel is supposed to have a swimming pool, it was out of service due to it being the beginning of the season.

We stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to provide assistance where needed. We also eat at the restaurant a few times besides having breakfast there, and food was really great. Freshness of ingredients was amazing. The hotel is also very close to several of the beaches / beach clubs and other restaurants, so one can easily chose and reach different options every day. Would definitely recommend and we plan to go back.

no wifi connection in the room,but strong wifi in the resto and hallway neighboring hotel is under construction so we werent able to use the pool(dirty due to debris)

Small standard room. Noise from the high street. Windows are not sound proof. Only one hot drink for breakfast (tea or coffee). When I asked for the expresso in addition to the tea I had, they told me to pay for it. Unlimited hot drinks for breakfast are standard elsewhere. Despite this, it is an excellent hotel and I would stay there again.
