The rooms, bed linen, floor, balcony were clean. The air conditioning worked.

I suggest the owner cancel the breakfast. They make no sense in the way I saw it. Breakfast was from 8-10 am. We arrived at 8:45 and there was almost nothing on the tables. I'm not exaggerating. Breakfast was located in the warm courtyard and there was garbage thrown around. These details spoiled it. For example, the rooms had cabinets without shelves. Or the refrigerator was dirty inside without shelves to store things. The evaporator did not close, which caused the food to freeze. The room did not even have a glass for water. Nothing. Sorry. there was shampoo and soap. But in the end, the complete disaster is the sewage system right in front of the hotel. I don't know if there was a malfunction at the time, but the smell from the sewage extended through the balcony into the room the whole vacation. Strong concentration of the smell. At night, the workers there made a loud noise by banging metal on metal. We cut our vacation short and went home early.

Bathroom is very bad designed, food is the same every day, smell around hotel and somewere in the hotel is bad.

Th location of the hotel is very close to a couple of good beaches (3-5 min walk), if you want to explore the center with lots of beachbars, restaurants and shops you’ll need to walk 1-1,5km. There is sufficient parking if you’re coming with a car. The staff were really nice people but not professionals. The breakfast has evolved a bit since the other comments, it had more variety. The breakfast setup is in the garden so it had many bees but the staff let us bring our plates into our room which was really nice. It can be preferred if you’re looking for a convenient place to sleep but not for a lengthy relaxing vacation.

The hotel building itself looks unfinished in places. Rooms lacked furniture like a bedside table, one of our lights was not working and some things in the room were rusty such as the toilet paper and towel holders. The bedsheets and pillows were clean but they smelled of dust from sitting too long. Don’t forget to lock your door when you’re in your room. Someone, probably cleaning staff, barged into our room during the morning hours without knocking.

Great place. Great people.

Breakfast was very good. The lady that works there is very friendly and very attentive to the guests. Will definitely return next year.

Wifi did'nt work sometimes.

The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are provided. They do their best to assist you with anything you need. The location is fantastic and very close to the beach. No one bothers you.

The only thing I didn’t like was the occasional smell of sewage. It’s not constant, but there’s some kind of transformer station across the street, which I believe is related to the sewage system. I think they monitor the buildup of gases there, and when the pressure gets too high, they release it, causing the smell. The hotel itself can’t do much about it alone, except to work together with neighboring properties on a petition to relocate that sewage facility away from the main tourist zone.

As someone else said here, it was ok to sleep and shower. It wasn't a place to relax. Parking was available, the staff was friendly and the coffee for breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast itself was good, but once they run out of things they didn't replenish them. So if you came later, you had very limited options.

About 15 minutes from the town, which was ok. There might be more things opened closer to the hotel during the season, but not when we were there. The view from the balcony is very restricted and we were on the highest floor. There were no sockets close to the bed and the fridge was on its last leg. I think the worst part was the massive construction right next to the hotel, unfortunately they can't do much about it, but they started drilling around 7.20 am, not ideal on a vacation at all (picture from our balcony enclosed).

The beach next to the hotel made our stay

Simple and good value for money family run hotel. We were a bit disappointed because the pictures looked better, it is a bit outdated (parking zone, exteriors, room furniture and balcony furniture) but we had a great time there nevertheless. The shower was tricky at first but we got the hang of it after a couple of minutes. The breakfast is good and had coffee and juice as well (we had read some reviews stating that there was no coffee). It made us feel like the family was learning how to manage this place too so there were some things that could have been better (ex. we were the only guests in the hotel, they could have upgraded our room as a commercial gesture but did they not), but we still found it a generally good stay for the location and general atmosphere.

There is very little cupboard space. The benches in the balcony were unstable and had a funny smell.

The staff is extremely nice. The lady serving the breakfast was so lovely and friendly.

A perfect near the beach retreat! The hotel offers stunning spacious rooms and friendly service. Just a few steps from the beach, it’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!
