This is a nice spacious. well equipped 3rd floor apartment facing the beach and in a good for local restaurants. Excellent views across the bay.

The off-season nieghbourhood is very dirty, wild dogs running around, attacking people, but that is a general problem with Albania.

The location atmosphere is not great, there is so much litter and rubbish around, we were treading over bin bags, broken glass and lots of trash to get there. The beach is much the same, if not for this then it would be one of the best places to stay.

The apartment was immaculate, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Travelling with just a backpack each we needed to wash clothes. Quite easy to find, parking is plentiful, if not defined. The kitchen was great, plenty of space in the apartment and a full list of appliances. The view from the balcony was exceptional and good location near the centre of town. Our host was very kind as well.

It was hard to find address of the property but it was more google maps fault than communication issue.

Lovely location, sea view from the balcony was beautiful , property had an amazing restaurant on the ground floor with delicious foods and great chefs. Flat had all facilities that were needed.

The apartment itself appears outdated, with décor and design that seem untouched since the last century. The strong scent of artificial flowers and plastic creates an unpleasant first impression, giving the space a musty, neglected feel rather than that of a welcoming vacation rental. It feels more like the property is maintained out of obligation rather than any real care for the guest experience. Communication with the host was extremely poor. Upon arrival, we struggled to locate the apartment and received no response to either calls or messages for approximately 20 minutes. Eventually, a woman who did not speak English was sent to meet us, which made the check-in process unnecessarily complicated. Despite the language barrier, she insisted on receiving payment in cash, though we were prepared to pay by card. When she contacted the owner to clarify, our offer to pay by card was refused, and we were forced to withdraw cash. This caused confusion over the amount due and further delayed check-in. Inside the apartment, cleanliness left much to be desired. There was sand in the shower from previous guests, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom plumbing was also problematic — the water temperature fluctuated wildly between extremely hot and cold, with no consistency when adjusting the taps. Additionally, the shower leaked extensively, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet after each use, as the curtain failed to contain any of the water. The balcony light was broken, leaving the area completely dark at night and making it unusable in the evenings. If you're simply looking for a place with a nice view and convenient location, this apartment might suffice. However, if you value cleanliness, basic comfort, and clear communication, I would recommend considering other options.

The rooms had a pretty view of the beach, which was honestly the highlight. Also, it’s close to a lot of restaurants, so finding a place to eat wasn’t a problem.

- unusable bathroom with leaking shower that didn’t have even a suitable curtain, so you couldn’t take shower without flooding the whole bathroom - it wasn’t very clean overall - no lamp shades, just naked bulbs, so you could either stay in the dark or in the extremely bright light in the evening

It was right on the beach with a beautiful sea view and nice balcony. We didn’t expect luxuries. We decided to choose this accommodation to actually have a flat feeling rather than be at the hotel. It wasn’t at all cheaper than the hotel would have been (where we decided to move afterwards). It’s a shame as it just needs someone’s care with smaller details and hospitality. It felt like someone just wants your money with minimum effort from their side. We were asked for it without any welcoming and sent to the city to pick up cash immediately. Card payments are not accepted.

The apartment has great potential, but unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. The space was dirty, with chipped pottery, cutlery, and a sandwich maker left covered in food residue. The shower contained personal items left behind by previous guests or the owners, such as a razor, sponge, and comb. Basic hygiene standards were clearly overlooked. Additionally, the owners requested the booking PIN, which, according to Booking.com, should never be shared with property owners as they already have full access to the reservation system and can potentially manipulate reviews. This might explain the unusually high ratings. On a positive note, the apartment is spacious, featuring two separate bedrooms, a dining area with a kitchen, and a large, modern bathroom. The view is stunning. However, the location leaves much to be desired, as it is surrounded by neglected buildings, ruins, and stray dogs

The floor and balcony weren't clean, in the bathroom long hairs... Small bed and pillow were not comfortable. The cooking smell from the other flats came to ours.

The sea view was great, bed and towels were clean, it was a big flat with kitchen and great sofa. Check in and out worked smooth. Location were on a nice beach to the town you need a car or around 30 min by walk.

The host was rude as he asked for extra money to get the sea view apartment that is facing the sea, even though the photos of the room we booked was showing the same one we asked for, the he asked if we want or go and find somewhere else, we ended up paying extra money. The apartment was not clean and was neither comfortable.
