We like the location, which was on the edge of the town and far from the busy areas. We also like that the hotel was new and clean, the hosts were helpful and efficient.

The room is facing towards the road and the street. This means that you will hear everything. People passing the street, laughing, car and motorcycle racing (yes, in albania no one drives slowly), dogs barking, etc. I had to turn on the air conditioner to stifle the noise during the night

In general the apartment is good. It has new facilities, a small fridge, a tv, air conditioning The parking lot is definitly a plus! it's impossible to park in ksamil. I had some trouble driving at night in the roads in Albanian. They are kind of dangerous and i arrived really late at the apartment because i was driving really slow. But they accepted my late check-in which was really nice The location of the apartment is good, is very close to the beaches

Twice we had to call the reception to turn on water heater because the water was running cold.

Very nice, modern and clean property. 5 min walk from center, 10 min walk to closest beach. Staff was very friendly and polite. Our room was lately renovated. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Balcony was a nice and essential addition for your sea holiday stay. Location was next to very calm and quiet street.

No closet in the room and no separator between the shower and the rest of the bathroom.

Very clean, everything was new and of good quality. The wi-fi connection was very good. Nice staff. Really close to a supemarket and to restaurants.

Staff was kind of grumpy and didn't seem to like their job. No instruction for check-out and most of the time there was no one at the small reception. We just left the keys there, as there were a couple other also laying there. Bathroom sometimes had an unpleasant smell (think it came from outside). No curtain shower so everything became wet, including the toilet. They offered shampoo yet no shower gel.

The location was fine and the building was oke. It wss clean. The beds were oké, not super comfortable though. Nothing to extravagant. When we had a broken lamp they fixed it immediately.

The room itself was nice, we had one with a view over the city and the ocean. BUT!…. We have not slept one single night!! Besides the hotel was a dog of a neigbour, this dog was outside everyday and night and loved to keep barking all night! After confronting the owner about the issue they offered us to return our money so we can search for another hotel, but due to our schedule I said that we are not able to go and search another hotel. Also he told us to close the windows for the sound, we had already our windows closed so that we could use the ac. I proposed a discount, which in the first case the owner agreed with, but… now the odd part, they wanted us to completely cancel out reservation on booking and then afterwards they wanted to give us a compensation, the issue here is that if we cancel our reservation during our stay, booking.com clearly states that we lose our money, this we found a bit obvious so we did not cancel our reservation. In total they asked three times for us to cancel it, it felt like they didn’t want us to be there at all. What we decided to do was to complete our stay and contact the owner before leaving about the promised compensation. When we did so HE CANCELED OUR RESERVATION… just like we expected, luckily we were already about to leave.. Would not recommend this place if you want to have a good sleep.

My room was on thr 4th floor with many stairs etc.

The owner was very nice. I accidentally left my car lights on, and she took the time to inform me about it, even though I was on the 4th floor. The room was very clean, and parking was available

There was no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 floors. The room was really small and we didn't find it good value for money overall. Although it's on the main road, the location is good only if you have a car to travel everywhere. The beaches are not close by and walking there in the summer is not feasible. Taxi stand is about a 5 min walk away

The room was super clean and the staff were friendly and nice. The shower was great although we didn't have hot water on the last day (it was summer so we didn't need it anyway). Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby
