How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The location is a bit out of the city center and a bit complicated to find even while using google maps. the breakfast was fair but not amazing.
The room was was very spacious and clean, the staff were very nice and kind. generally the hotel is very good.

Close to bus route and very easy to move around. Also surrounded by mini-marts and convience stores. Breaskfast was nice. Stay was amazing.....very cozy and nice rooms. Amazing staff by the way..always ready to assist.

Sound proof is poor. I could hear people from other rooms and the hallway without them being loud. Maybe a bit further out of the city center although it is their advantage at the same time.
Very friendly staff. Great location when traveling through Albania to avoid city traffic as much as possible. Looks like a pretty new facility. Good value for the money.

🌟 Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! 🌟 I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and the view from the window was lovely. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant atmosphere. 10/10!

Very good new hotel! Nice and clean. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is ok but could add some things…for example natural yogurt. For some reason they don’t offer it for breakfast.

New and modern facility. The beds and bathrooms are very comfortable; the family room is really spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is buffet style - enough variety for kids and adults. The location is pretty close to the center, convenient to the airport but still away from the noise/ hustle. We stayed here in the family rooms at the beginning of our trip for a night and at the end for two nights. On-site, safe parking is available.

We had a refreshing and comfortable stay at this hotel. The interiors have a clean, modern look that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The in-house restaurant offers several vegetarian-friendly options at reasonable prices, which is a big plus. The location is great too—several shops and local stores are just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials or explore the area. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

Breakfast was ok but did not have a lot to offer. For example I ask for regular yogurt and they did not have it.

The breakfast buffet is standard buffet, nothing exceptionel.
Clean, comfortable - very nice staff, everone is very s.iling and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood with bus nearby, but distance.

The property exceeded my expectations in cleanliness, the receptionist went above and beyond in helping us, the rooms are 5 stars standards, and the parking is very easy. The restaurant is very very clean i had a glimpse of the kitchen which were spotless so i was comfortable ordering dinner for me and my pregnent wife and it was one of the cleanist food we had in albania. The breakfast was way better than most hotels.
