The host is a very kind and respectful gentleman. Anything we needed he was ready and available to accommodate us. This apartment was clean and comfortable and the views from the bedrooms and balcony are priceless. The area is loaded with great restaurants and has a market right down stairs. It was just a short walk south to some of the less crowded beaches. The value for the price was really good. Shume mire

I will not talk about the apartment amenities because who cares, basic things some worked some didn't it was bearable. However, the overall cleanliness is below average. I had to clean the house myself thoroughly upon arrival. Sheets were not ironed. Bed sheets were washed in the same washers that all hotel clientele would wash their clothes, and the cleaning ladies did not iron them.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the room overlooking the beach. I had a wonderful time there with my family. The host Giovanni was helpful, kind, respectful and accommodating in every way. I highly recommend him.

Good correspondence, we were collected near to the property and driven there. However, that soon ended when we were taken to a dirty property with a filthy shower, cigarette burns on the sofa, and greasy and dirty marks on the kitchen and walls. We were told this was an upgrade from a studio apartment and he wouldn’t charge us more for, however it looked nothing liked the pictures upon booking. We took pictures and sent them to the vendor complaining that we weren’t happy, he then moved us to a much larger flat, which had to be lightly cleaned, so we waited a short time in the bedroom whilst that happened. The vendor tried to make us promise not to write a bad review about our first experience on multiple occasions, which we thought was absolutely inappropriate.

Spacious, clean apartments in a great location. Highly recommend to all

The apartment was great, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, a nice balcony, and air conditioning. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful, which made the stay even better.

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the beach nearby. It looked quite dirty and wasn’t really usable during my stay, which was disappointing. Still, the apartment itself was excellent and I appreciated the hospitality.

We had a great stay at the Deluxe Apartments in Shëngjin! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a stunning sea view. It also has a dedicated parking space, which was a big plus. The location is excellent – just across the street from the beach, and very close to restaurants, markets, and a bakery. The host was amazing – very kind, welcoming, and responsive to all our needs. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent, Giovanni was amazing as a host. He make all possible to make our stay incredible. Location is soooo beautiful, everything was so close. Thanks for everything, hope I will come back sometime in a future 👋

We had a great stay! The staff was very kind and friendly, always ready to help and provide anything we needed. The rooms were very clean, and the apartment overall was excellent. Highly recommended!

Location had a restaurant and a super market right under it as well as very easy access to the beach

Very nice place, clean and quiet, the staff are very friendly, and the location is very close to the beach. I recommend Deluxe Apartments for anyone visiting Shengjin.

Xhovani and Aldo were the BEST hosts and we had an incredibly nice time at their property. The place was like it looked and we felt had everything we needed. The hosts went beyond helping us and were always at our disposal and great problem solvers! Our baby loved the beach and we all loved the restaurant downstairs, so convenient and good!
