The house was modern, simple, and beautiful – exactly what I needed. It had Netflix, free YouTube, and even a balcony with a relaxing, beautiful view. There was also access to a gym which was a great bonus. The host was super kind and always ready to help with anything. The location is close to the city center, the price was very good, and overall it was an amazing stay. I definitely recommend it to everyone and I’ll for sure come back when I visit Përmet again!

In short, the room exceed European high standards. Plus she is the best host, she reserved a spot for parking our car on the street. We really like it.

Everything was cool.

Everything was perfect. We loved that the exterior of the building has not been restored. It adds to the ambiance of the accommodation. The room has a lovely view from the balcony, it has been beautifully renovated with high end appliances, wonderful comfortable bed, rain shower and great lighting. It was immaculately clean. We were greeted by Kledina who ensured we had everything for our stay. She is kind and helpful and deserves 20 stars as a concierge. Her commutation leading up to our check in was the best we have experienced in 6 weeks of travel. Thank you Kledina.

Extremely cozy and premium room for a very reasonable price. Fantastic location in the center of Përmet and huge THANK YOU to Kledina for her warm welcome, efficiency and precious advise. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend the place!

Don’t judge a books by its cover. The Building Looks old and rundown from the outside. Enter round the back and as soon as you enter the apartment area it’s like a whole new building. Very nice comfortable modern renovated apartment. Close to shops and restaurants. Host very friendly and good communication.. We had street facing balcony with table and chair. Very nice to sit in the afternoon as the sun is setting or early morning having a tea.

The room and bathroom are renovated and fitted out to a high standard. Nice to sit out on balcony on sunny evening. Very quiet. City centre location, quick walk to shops and restaurants. Hosts easy to communicate with.

External appearance and entry into this character, old building was initially concerning but it looks as though work is in progress to improve this and the good quality of the room itself was more important.

Beautifully decorated room, in an old quaint building, the room was spotless & modern, with a cute balcony that had a table & chairs & a huge comfortable bed. Well equipped, had a fridge & a kettle, hairdryer, a few toiletry items, Tv with Netflix, not that we watched it, as we were out & about. In a great position, very short walk to the village, where there were plenty of restaurants & bars. The host was lovely, met us outside & was very communicative, perfect English, but my mobile service was awful, so I was unable to see the messages ( sorry 😬 ) would highly recommend a stay here

It was perfect

Brand new AND homey! The room is spotless, the mattress is comfortable and the sheets are crisp. The place has many little touches that add up — blackout curtains, a real glass for your water, nightstands on BOTH sides with an outlet, great Wi-Fi. The hospitality was outstanding. Close to great restaurants the beautiful river. You could get fancier or pay more, but if you need a great sleep, this place is it. Right now I'm in Gjrokaster and the disco music is pounding outside like it's 1979. I wish I could go back!

The room was very nice decorated ,with tea kettle,amenities,smart TV,Free Netflix,balcony and the most comfortable bed plus size. 1 minute from City Centre and all best restaurants. Also the host were very very friendly and polite! Do not see from outside because inside is totally different.I will definitely come back again when I will visit Permet.
