Comfortable beds, breakfast was delicious - several sorts of coffee to choose from, fresh orange juice, friendly staff, very nice indoor pool/spa/gym. Liked the pool outside as well, but the very loud music presented by dj’s on Saturday and Sunday made it less enjoyable.

Except the loud music, I didn’t really dislike anything.

Horrible hostile and threatening staff! Super poor service! Filthy facilities! Disgusting and inedible breakfast! Very disappointed as I feel like I’ve been scammed, they have great marketing in their advertising for this “resort” which is nothing like it is described! It is not a 5 star hotel more like a 2 star. I stayed here 5 nights and it was a bad introduction to Albania. The pool is more like a day club for outside patrons. Hotel guests get treated very badly and only have a small section out back of the pool grounds to access. No drinking water. Yelled at when I asked for some. Staff like bouncers. I felt very unsafe. Breakfast selection was the worst I’ve seen in Albania. Flies where in the food! Benches and tables filthy! Everything stale! I got sick from eating it. They do not provide drinking water and you must pay at least 2 euros for a bottle of water. My room was filthy. Coffee machine broken, balcony door did not even open and was jammed shut. This stay was a nightmare! Please take my advice and do not stay here. I tried asking staff for a resolution for some of the issues and they were not responsive in the slightest. I am an avid traveler and I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know to make sure they don’t make the same mistake I did for booking this hotel.

The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere surprised me. Even though it was centrally located, I barely heard any outside noise. It felt like a quiet retreat in the middle of the city.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. The check-in was quick, and the receptionist gave me great local tips. The room was spotless, with new furniture and a wide, comfortable bed. At night, it was perfectly quiet, ensuring deep, restful sleep.

Our first room was not cleaned (at all), we were sat half an hour to wait. Came back up - place still smelled (bathroom in particular) but also still bottles etc. left from precious. We complained and got a better room - which was overall great - including a compensation drink. However - in general, the whole place is a bit "Instagram reality" - It looks better than it actually is. It's not generally well cleaned, it's loud (party music all day, which is a bit sad considering it's secluded location, which is a 20 min drive from city), food looks very presentable but is low quality - especially the included breakfast. I wouldn't call it 5 stars like they do. Half of the staff is nice and helpful, the other half is rude or ignores you. Considering the price (for the country) it's not really worth it. Considering the price, coming from a more expensive area, it's decent.
