No bad aspects to this stay. Just a great hotel.

This hotel exceeded all expectations and I cannot recommend it enough. At great value for money, you get a spotless room that looks and feels brand new, a chic bathroom, amazing sunset views of the bay and mountains from your balcony, a great breakfast, central location and lovely staff. Even though my sister and I arrived around midday, we were shown immediately to our room for no extra charge. We were also given complementary passes to the hotel's beach club, which gave us free beach lounges for the day. A really nice welcome to Ksamil. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ksamil but somehow was super quiet at night, the air-con was crisp and cold (we slept with duvets which meant we slept very well) and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast is served a three-minute walk away at a bar/restaurant owned by the hotel, which was a nice way to start the day. It's also really generous -- a huge platter of cold foods and your choice of main dish (try the pancakes). The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and happy to go the extra mile, like printing my sister's ferry ticket and delivering it to the hotel room before we departed.

Electricity cut out at night and then cut back on. The lights would switch on as well which was a bit annoying while you're asleep.

Really friendly staff, private parking, and super clean! Right in town so easy to walk everywhere. We got breakfast and beach club vouchers!

I had a wonderful stay at Foga Aous in Ksamil. The hotel’s modern architecture and design immediately stood out—it feels fresh, stylish, and very comfortable. One of the best parts is that it’s located just steps away from the sea, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The room was clean and well-equipped, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how close it is to restaurants and other attractions in Ksamil. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a modern stay right by the water!

Fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beautiful Ksamil beach. The view from the room was magical, and you could see the sea right from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and professional, always available to assist with any needs I had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel had all the amenities you could ask for for a relaxing vacation. In addition, Ksamil is an ideal destination for those wanting to enjoy nature and the stunning beaches. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return here!
