Right in front of the sea but it is only the view that you get.

We got a room without any toilet paper, without towels, without shampoo, shower gel, without tv, hair dryer. After my request they gave towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. I was told to buy shampoo from a supermarket. When we ran out of toilet paper, I was told to buy it myself from supermarket. Staff is not welcoming at all. The room was the most expensive during our 2 weeks trip in in Albania. Beach is not enjoyable there either. It is a very narrow and rocky strip without stairs from apartments. It is the ugliest part of Borsch. Stay away. We travelled 2 weeks in Albania and received warm hospitality except of this place. There are so many great options to stay on Albanian coast, but this was the worst experience.

The position on the little beach. It is about 1 km from the central part of Borsh beach, where you can find beach clubs. We enjoyed sleeping with the sound of the waves. The apartment is really essential.

A Perfect Place to Relax by the Sea! We stayed at SEA LA VIE ANESTI and loved every second of it! The sea is literally 10 steps away — you can walk there barefoot in under a minute. The whole place has this warm, welcoming vibe — you can feel it's a true family-run business. The hosts are amazing: kind parents and their two absolutely lovely daughters. It felt more like visiting good friends than staying in a hotel. There’s a cozy bar on site where you can grab a drink or enjoy a delicious meal. The food is top-notch, with a solid selection of dishes, including traditional Albanian cuisine — everything fresh and homemade. Great presentation, fair prices — we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spotless, brand new, modern, and super cozy. Air conditioning works perfectly, Wi-Fi is stable, and we slept like babies (after a couple shots of raki 😄). In short — it was pure joy. This is the kind of place you want to come back to. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, sea at your doorstep, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. Great hidden gem, right by the sea. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place. We will certainly be coming back.

Nothing really, it was exactly as expected. Remote, relaxing and authentic.

Vendndodhja perballe detit, me mengjese dhe mbremjet e mrekullueshme. Pastertia e mjedisit dhe apartamentit, mjedisi natyral me lule bar perime bio. Gatimet e fresketa te bera sipas porosise ne cast ishin fantastike. Miqesia dhe mikpritja e ofruar mbreselenese.

Pak me shume hapesire ne mjediset e apartametit do te ishte e nevojshme.

Accommodation is small but sufficient. Hosts very nice and hospitable. Right next to the accommodation they have a small restaurant. Right in front of the house there is a beach where you are almost alone. Sunbed and umbrella from the accommodation for free. Beautiful beach and sea, quiet. Another restaurant right nearby. Amazing location

Beach chairs and umbrella where not included in accommodation.

This apartment was right at the beach. We ended up walking 3 minutes down the beach to a rock where its possible to jump into the sea. The hosts were all very nice and the property was well maintained. There are lots of restaurant options nearby. The apartment was just as described, clean, and everything worked fine. The area is very safe and we felt welcomed. Parking was at the property. If you are looking for a laid back beach town in Albania, I would definately recommend this place.

The clothes washing machine was listed as an ammenity on the description but the property charges to use it. The cost of usage of the washer machine was reasonable, it was just a surprise. I have no other complaints.

very secluded, quiet, small stone beach right in front. perfect for getting away from it all.

maaaaybe additional kitchen equipment, salt an sugar. would enhance the great experience even more!

The location

Where to begin... Upon arrival we were informed that we had to change rooms after one night and had to spend the first night in an old room that we had not booked because the host doubled booked the room. We had purposely booked two nights so that we didn't have to leave the room during our beach day the next day and get a break from sleeping in a different town every night. . The aircon in that 1st room didn't really work which was unfortunate at temperatures over 40°C. Next there weren't any towles in the room and when we asked for them we had to get them ourselves and it was only one big one when we were actually two people. We only had half of a toilet paper roll. The fridge wasn't cool. No soap In the bathroom. Beds were only half made, it was dirty, never slept on beds that soft....And many other things. The worst part about it was the hosts reaction to why we were not ok with changing rooms. We had been in touch beforehand and she hadn't said a word. So rude and just very disappointing... they try to make max profit with minimum effort especially after all pur other accommodations in Albania were so accommodating and sweet.

Sea front and very quiet area. Markets and caffès/restaurants were near also.

Bed and pillows were not very comfortable, everything else was good for that amount.
