Amazing location to take a dip and then relax on the balcony. Great with children who may need to be near home! Such a relaxing place and right in the centre of everything, the beach, the town, yet such a relaxing oasis. Stella and Soula ( hope I spelled correctly) were the sweetest and most welcoming hosts. Thank you. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We stayed at Mustafaraj only 2 nights. We had a top floor apartment with a fantastic balcony with shade from the vine trees with a fabulous sea view. The distance to the sea is literally 20 meters. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Ksamil. Every day I had a lovely traditional coffee with the owners. They gave us of lots of useful information about Ksamil and local community. Stella the hostess treated us with a homemade bread, which was delicious. All the other buildings in bay are made of concrete but Mustafaraj home is covered with a lovely vine trees. It’s a hidden gem of Ksamil with welcoming hospitable hosts.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything you need is close by, making it very convenient. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we could ask for. Overall, it was an excellent experience and definitely worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is in an excellent location, practically right by the sea. It has a beautiful veranda covered with flowers and offering a stunning view. Being able to swim at the beach and then walk straight back to your place is a wonderful experience. The hosts are also reasonable and pleasant people.

There was no shampoo, shower gel, etc. It’s a small detail, but still, how much could that cost? We had to take a shower using our own soap that we brought with us.

One of very few beautiful authentic houses in Ksamil. Amazing terrace with fabulous views over the ocean. House is first row to the beach. Owners are incredibly kind and helpful.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Mustafaraj Apartment in Ksamil. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. There was nothing to dislike

We had the most amazing 3 days in Albania staying at this apartment. It is simple but super charming, with a fantastic sea view and literally just a few steps from a lovely sandy beach. We couldn’t ask for a better location. The owner’s family is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. they made us feel right at home, se had a lot of chat from time to time. One of our favorite things was sitting on the shaded balcony for meals, enjoying the view and the peaceful vibe. People walking past would even stop to take photos of the cute bulging surrounded by trees and plants. it really is that beautiful! Our kids were so happy there, and we felt completely relaxed. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice. I hope they update them soon so more people can see how special it really is. We’d definitely come back again.

What a paradise! We stayed for a week - me and my parents - and absolutely loved it. Ksamil is a lively place, full of hotels, restaurants, and crowded beaches, but our apartment felt like an oasis in the middle of it all. We couldn't have chosen a better spot! The best part was that the beach was just a few steps away. You can pay for a sunbed if you like, or do what we did - take a swim and then relax on the private terrace, shaded naturally by a tree. It was peaceful and felt like our own little retreat. The hosts were incredibly kind, offering us homemade bread and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. The apartment itself had a kitchen with two beds, a separate shower and toilet, and one bedroom with a double bed. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with the basics. I’d recommend this place to anyone who prefers a family-style atmosphere over busy hotels.

We could hear some music from the beach bars at night, but it wasn’t too bad - once we closed the windows, we slept like babies.

firstly, the owner and family were amazing and couldn’t have been better hosts, super friendly, happy, and welcoming people! this apartment was absolutely beautiful and homely. it had a little balcony which was well maintained and had a stunning view. the little balcony patio was situated with a sea view, perfect location for the sunset of every evening. i want to say thank you so much for being so accommodating and such nice people. i definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well looked after apartment with a beautiful view and lovely hosts.

Absolutely perfect location, right on the sandy beach and close to good restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming, and brought us freshly baked bread each morning!!! The bed was super-comfy, and the apartment was very clean, though old-fashioned.

The shower was horrible! Good water pressure, but a tiny outlet fixed very high on the wall, which was impossible to move. The 10.00am checkout was brutal.

Nice terace. Parking spot in front of the house. Kind owners.

Loud music playing all night from nearby bars. It was very difficult to get to sleep.

Everything at and inside Mustafaraj was exceptionally nice. Especially the personal care of owners and the view !!

Close to this house and others on the beach, the monotone rythmic music from nearby beach(es) "establishments" was at maximum volume all day, the sound almost as high as the JetSkies accelerating most of the time. For some youngsters it could be ok, but I believe Ksamil will loose tourists for next season by this.

It's almost at the beach, the owners even though they don't speak english are extremely nice. It's a basic place, not fancy at all, but I'd totally stay there again

Lovely apartment in a great location. Owners really nice - her son hung out with my son which was lovely. Good aircons in both bedrooms and the bonus of outside space. Comfortable beds and good value. 20 seconds to the beach.

Very nice host. Clean rooms. Very spacious terrace. Host was baking bread for us. Great location - 5m to sea, 20m to beach .... 100m to restaurants, shops etc.

Bathroom in second apartment was a bit older.

Everything was perfect.. the staff was polite and and the apartment was clean and comfotbale.. the location was near the main street and near the beach bars.. A big 10 from me 😊😊😊
