The bed in our room (Room number 3) was short and not suitable for tall people. If you’re taller than 1.90 meters, you won’t sleep comfortably because the bed is exactly that length — my feet were sticking out.

The location is right by the sea with a very beautiful view. The hosts are kind and helpful. The restaurant serves very tasty homemade food, and the prices are more than reasonable. Since they have their own restaurant and a private beach, there’s no need to go anywhere else — you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday.

Dinner at the hotel was served from 8-10 pm, so a little bit late for us. But the food was lovely.

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze! We really enjoyed that it was a bit out of town so nice and quiet. The small private beach and sunlounges were perfect! Daily breakfast was so fantastic and the staff so kind and friendly. The perfect spot if you are looking to relax and swim in the sea. And a doable 30-minute walk to Sarande. We really enjoyed our stay here, were well taken care of by staff and would highly recommend and stay again!

The road to the town is in bad repair and could do with rubbish being disposed more carefully. But this is not Sea Breeze Villas fault. We arrived late September so not a lot open in the immediate bay.

Beautiful villa, so close to sea you could almost touch it! The villa is run by son and daughter and they do an excellent job. Great breakfasts, varied each day. Dinner was nice in the evening also. You can hear the sea from your bedroom at night. Great value for a nice location. Air con, shower all good. Room spotless and serviced each day. Quieter than Sarande but lovely spot for couples.

The room itself could do with glasses, and as there is a kettle - cups & tea & coffee bags with milk given at check in. I don’t drink either tea or coffee but it seems odd to have a kettle in a room and nothing else. Also shampoo & body wash rather than one small bottle. Small things but they will make a difference.

Breakfast was delicious - hot and plentiful, served in the open air dining room right on the water. The villa has been beautifully built to a high standard. Everything is very clean & well presented. The hosts are attentive and friendly.

We were greeted by our host which was really nice and helpful. We could clearly see feedback left on booking being taken into consideration from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. The sea view was really nice but as others said in the comments, it could be improved. The private beach makes this accommodation perfect for an entire vacation. The villa is family ran so you can expect to feel like home. We had dinner which was delicious (we tried the spinach pie as recommended and it didn’t disappoint). The breakfast was different than what we’re used to but still enough to get our day started.

The location was perfect, on the water, quiet with incredible uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea and Corfu. The breakfast was generous and changed everyday - yum! The staff were very friendly and responsive to any request.

Beautiful sea view room, very clean, great amenities and not far from the Port of Sarande. A lovely family run accommodation, Adam and his mom are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious 😋 the view was breath taking.

We liked very much the silent atmosphere, sea was just 20 steps down from our room. In fact, we could stay the whole time at the premises, because they served great food at dinner as well as good cocktail choice. Would recommend Sea Breeze Villa to anybody without doubt

Only little comment I can give is that, they should ask before to serve breakfast if someone has some allergies or dislikes some food...just to make sure...since not everyone can eat same stuff! but literally this is the only comment I can leave. we had an amazing stay here! thank you

Everything in this place was amazing. Strategic position, just in front of the sea. we open the door of our balcony and literally you can breath the sea and ear it at night..the view in the morning is spectacular. It is a family hotel, super welcoming people work there and really accommodating as well. Everything you need was in the room, spacious ,comfy bed, modern bathroom, good AC, hairdryer, really good blackout courtinas, and you if ask for it you also can get an iron and towels for the beach. There you can also have a homemade dinner, really well done. In the morning you get every day a different breakfast topped up by some fresh fruits at the end. You can just do some few steps down and you basically are inside the sea... beautiful and calm...was good also for snorkeling little nice fish in the area...the water is so clear. Must say best service I found in this Albanian trip.

Wonderful place! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a wonderful balcony with a very beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast itself together with the view in the morning was our absolute highlight. We had dinner once and can definitely recommend it. Good price and more than enough to eat.

This villa is only few steps from the sea, the staff is really nice and helpful, the room is well equipped and offers a balcony with a seaview. That's all what's needed for a perfect holidays. Much recommended!

The area around the house, is as often in Albania a brick and stone dump. You need a car to get to Sarande or almost an hour on foot.

When you like a more quiet stay at the beach close to Sarande, we would recommend it. Modern, small guesthouse run by friendly family. Mother is a real good cook, serving every day a different breakfast. The private chairs at the beach - more a place to go into the sea- are next to an artificial (under construction) white sand beach. At this moment away from the swamp of big hotels, and hopefully that area will stay that way (but i doubt that ).

Loved how friendly and welcoming were the staff. They helped us with our baggage even when we checked out. Comfortable beds and very clean room. Breakfast was delicious and the private beach area was spectacular. I would highly recommend this place
