I didn't find anything negative.

Everything was perfect, good location in front of the beach where there are free hotel sunbeds. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean! The towels were very soft and smelled wonderful, the mattress was perfect 😉 and even more wonderful, their breakfast had everything and was constantly renewed and replenished, all wonderful sweets and lots of fruit! We had dinner, it was really wonderful, perfect 👌, very attentive, delicious and good prices for what they offer!! Everything was very nice, I will definitely come back, thank you very much, keep it up, you are the best!!

The sea was dirty with specific smell, after afternoon floating garbage, although it is clearing in the morning. Street dogs run on the beach and hotel, swim in the same place as people, defecate right on the beach, no one of personal monitors or controls this. It's worth going outside the hotel and you will see dirt and poverty.

We had the pleasure of spending two weeks at this hotel and our experience was outstanding. The service, atmosphere, and room quality exceeded our expectations, but what impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality. The ocean at this hotel is nothing like in the pictures. It is a terrible dirty, smelly beach. It is a 30 minute drive from the hotel to get to the most beautiful beaches.

The owner is hands-on and ensures great customer service. The servers are all friendly and accommodating.

An unforgettable experience! This is a wonderful hotel with a perfect location — right on the sea, with its own sandy beach and private sunbeds. The on-site restaurant is excellent, serving delicious food with outstanding service. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer breathtaking sea views. I want to give a special thank you to the staff — such positive, open, and kind people, always ready to help with anything. We truly felt at home here, and we are 100% sure we want to come back again, and only to this hotel!

The shower in the room flooded every time you used it. We had to build a dam of towels to stop the water from entering the room. The food was good but service was sometimes slow. The coffee at breakfast was really terrible and trying to order a cappuccino (willing to pay for it) was almost impossible. We were tipping very well and it didn’t seem to matter. The servers were annoyed that they had to get it. The walkway from the rooms to the main building could use some improvement… the stairs are weird and in bad condition.

Great location and the beach was very nice. Front desk staff were great. The main building was nice and the outdoor dining was very pretty. Lots of mosquitoes at night, so be sure to bring bug spray.

Although there were comfortable beds and showers on the beach, there was a mess. I would expect from 4star hotel to clean its beach and not to see any tissues or cans when walking to the sea. Restaurant was very nice and the food was good, but I had to wait 10 minutes for some waitor to notice me.

The rooms could use a little updating, the blanket was torn, and some of the towels were stained.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The outdoor covered seating area is very cozy, especially in the evening with a cocktail. The sandy beach is pleasant, and hotel guests do not have to pay for the wooden sun loungers.

The beach near to hotel (Old fisherman beach) is full of rubbish, also the whole beach more faraway, every spot of it if it is not a private hotel beach. Rubbish also in the streets and in the beautiful forest near beach. It is so sad. We went to many places in Albania on our trip and here the situation was the worst. There arent many restaurants near, on the beach few and only one opposite to restaurant. The main area in Vlore for turists is somewhee else. We had excellent service in all 6 other hotels we stayed , except here. In reception they not even sayed good morning or payed any attention to customers. The same in the restautant, their own phones were more important. You got service when you needed but it was very good in all other places we stayed. This was one of the most expensive hotel we stayed but service and location were not worth the price.

The restaurant and the beach are nice furnitured, that is the only reason to come to this hotel.

Organization is not so good. In the room we had humidiry from besides room. We were in secind bulidings and stairs and hall were very dirty (probably not in ownership of hotel) and also in surrondings of hotel were trash, some bulidings are falling appart. Acctully this hotel is the best option in Vlore. First night we had one room where 5 air conditin ouside unit were on wall outside. Noise during whole was so disturbing that we could not sleep. Next day we change to another room, for which we need to pay extra money. But we really could not stayed in first room.

There was no hot water, our bathroom had a bad smell during the whole stay. The breakfast was simple. I would say it was good but definately not worth the four stars.

Satnav sends you to the old entrance but there is a note on the door telling you where to go

Absolutely perfect ,arrived tired but soon relaxed the hotel is spacious clean ,modern and right on the beach . They have an underground car park .The staff were very happy and so hardworking and this hotel deserves to be very busy in the future as more people discover this beautiful country (we should have stayed longer but on a road trip to Sarande )
