Loved the yellow chaise lounge to relax on in the afternoon sun with a cup of tea

No kettle to make a cup of tea

Very helpfool staff

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyondbeyond. The room was huge and so comfy and the bathroom was beautiful.

Central location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, perfectly clean, strong air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows, lots of space, quiet room, easy parking, delicious breakfast, strong wifi, friendly and helpful staff. We absolutely loved all of the art hung all over the hotel and in the room - it was a fun vibe.

Nothing to dislike. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Tiranë.

The room is well appointed with tasteful decor. It is also spacious. And I got the basic double. You can also opt for suites. The beds are large and comfortable. Because the room is so nice I feel this place is good value for money. Breakfast is tasty and varied. The main square is not too far away, so it's central enough.

When I turned up at two (they were already storing my luggage), the room wasn't ready yet, and I had to wait a bit more. Not by much, but with 40 degrees outside I wasn't super happy. The hotel is a villa. Basically, there is a ramp of stairs to get to the hall that, being outside, has no lift. No help available either. This might be problematic for some. No tea kettle in the room, and if you want anything that isn't Americano or tea at breakfast (thankfully, I'm a tea person), you must pay extra

Back to Tirana, we got lager room, it was good with good wiev, Breakfast was very good. If you need parking it is a cross the street and costs approx. 20 EUR for 24 hours, depends on your arrival. Air conditionier was in better place like in previous room. We could close shower cabin here but in previous room we had problems wih that. But anyway- if we will be in Tirana, we will choose this hotel again, thanks.

In shower were previous clients belongings. I think that in pictures hotel photos are better than in reality but it is not a minus for hotel,maybe we did not be in these rooms but got other rooms.

This was good hotel, first of all many thanks, if your plane arrivals in Tirana at 3am and hotel is ready to take you 24/7, many thanks for that, many. Hotel is in very good location, city center is near just 300m +/-.

Breakfast was good - but we did not understand - why albanians do not eat meat in the morning :):):) and this was in all Albania (bread, eggs, salads, chees but no sousages) This is not minus for hotel :)

Central location, just minutes on foot from central square. Very good breakfast. WiFi worked. Private parking inside the hotel yard, felt really safe. Big room. Clean. Nice decoration!

Might be a little bit difficult to park a very large vehicle. Also, the parking spaces were not many. Worked perfectly for us, no problem, but you might need to check with the hotel in case there is a problem if it is full.

Quality of breakfast could be improved slightly

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Hotel is nice and clean with great location.

AC works only while the guests are in the room, and since we stayed there in the middle of summer the room would get hot. However, once the air conditioning was on it would get cold fairly quickly.

Very central and easy access to the city centre and attractions. Breakfast was good quality and tasty. However, almost the same breakfast for the 4 mornings we had.

The room is not like in the picture. No carpet and also some of the furniture is damaged. Breakfast varieties are less. limited changes in the menus.

Nice building, a lot of art work decorating the walls of the building and the room. Good room size for 2 adults and 2 children, air conditioner in every room, clean bathroom, good shower, great and responsive staff, very nice breakfast.

It was fine for a one night stay.

They claim refrigerators in the room but then say it’s not to make things cold but just keep them fresh. Absurd of course. They offered to put it in the fridge in the lobby, but who wants to put their medicine and personal drinks in a fridge accessible to the public. Despite their issues they didn’t offer me even a coffee in the morning when I couldn’t pay with credit card and had no cash.

Location, the ambiance and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly the receptionist by the name of Brazilda.

Art decor everywhere. I was upgraded to a superior room. This hotel impressed me so much that I booked it for a night again on my return from Montenegro
