Excellent service, nice hotel in a good location. We have enjoyed our stay, I can recommend. The roof top terrace for breakfast is a big plus with a panoramic view.

All very clean. Large rooms, ours had a wonderful view. Staff are very nice, the breakfast was tasty and the breakfast rooftop bar had an amazing view too. And it's super convenient to park, which is almost impossible otherwise in Ksamil.

We thought it was a bit too pricey for what you get. Also, it's right in the middle of bars and restaurants on the main road. Thankfully the windows were soundproof, but you really have to close them to be able to sleep.

The parking scene. But this is due to the season as it was very crowded. Also since it’s very central, you are able to hear some of the noise from outside, but nothing to crazy.

Great location and lovely staff. Plenty of restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Also a taxi stop just beside it in case we needed to go further away.

The only thing was that we were told breakfast went until 10:30am but when we arrived at 10am there was barely any food left and what was there it was pretty cold. Apart from that, great stay!

The price per night is incredibly affordable compared to others in the area, yet it offers everything you could wish for: comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and well maintained, and the breakfast is both delicious and included – a perfect way to start the day! One of our favourite features is the rooftop terrace on the 5th floor. It offers a stunning view of the island and the sunset – truly magical in the evenings. The location is ideal: just 3 minutes from the beach and 1 minute away from a supermarket and great local restaurants. If you're looking for a place that combines price, location, and quality, this hotel is a top choice. Highly recommended!

We loved the views from the terrace and the location is amazing! Many beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars a few minutes by walk. The staff were super nice and helpful. The parking is also right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was tasty but it didnt have much choices.

I really like the hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the ladies clean everyday, even if you stay longer. The towels are changed daily. The location is in the heart of Ksamil, near to the beach and many restaurants. In the front of hotel you can find a supermarket. The value for money is perfect! Recommend!

Breakfasts are quite the same. It can be sometimes noisy outside The pillows were too big and hard There is nothing more what I didn't like

The Services were amazing Cleanliness was on top The Hotel Owner is very helpful. He helped us with a lot of information where we can roam ,what we can eat. And not to mention, not just Hotel Owner, but all staff was very down to earth . We were supposed to travel from ksamil to sarande and Hotel Owner offered us the lift that was really generous. We are really grateful. I 100% suggest anyone who wants to stay in ksamil please book this stay, you will not regret!
