Excellent service, nice hotel in a good location. We have enjoyed our stay, I can recommend. The roof top terrace for breakfast is a big plus with a panoramic view.

We thought it was a bit too pricey for what you get. Also, it's right in the middle of bars and restaurants on the main road. Thankfully the windows were soundproof, but you really have to close them to be able to sleep.

All very clean. Large rooms, ours had a wonderful view. Staff are very nice, the breakfast was tasty and the breakfast rooftop bar had an amazing view too. And it's super convenient to park, which is almost impossible otherwise in Ksamil.

The parking scene. But this is due to the season as it was very crowded. Also since it’s very central, you are able to hear some of the noise from outside, but nothing to crazy.

The only thing was that we were told breakfast went until 10:30am but when we arrived at 10am there was barely any food left and what was there it was pretty cold. Apart from that, great stay!

Great location and lovely staff. Plenty of restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Also a taxi stop just beside it in case we needed to go further away.

We loved the views from the terrace and the location is amazing! Many beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars a few minutes by walk. The staff were super nice and helpful. The parking is also right next to the hotel.

I really like the hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the ladies clean everyday, even if you stay longer. The towels are changed daily. The location is in the heart of Ksamil, near to the beach and many restaurants. In the front of hotel you can find a supermarket. The value for money is perfect! Recommend!

The Services were amazing Cleanliness was on top The Hotel Owner is very helpful. He helped us with a lot of information where we can roam ,what we can eat. And not to mention, not just Hotel Owner, but all staff was very down to earth . We were supposed to travel from ksamil to sarande and Hotel Owner offered us the lift that was really generous. We are really grateful. I 100% suggest anyone who wants to stay in ksamil please book this stay, you will not regret!

When we arrived, we didn’t get the room we booked online and the staff was able to change it but only a day later. Coffee option at breakfast is not good, you have to pay extra for an espresso or a cappuccino.

The location is really great if you’re looking for a close to the beach hotel. The staff were amazing and helpful and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants in the area. The breakfast option was good and enough to facilitate everyone.

There is limited parking available, but the receptionist is always quick to find a helpful solution, ensuring the inconvenience is minimized.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a friendly and attentive staff. Its prime location offers convenient access to a variety of beaches, both on foot and by car. The breakfast was delicious, and the waitstaff were both kind and accommodating.

The hotel is new, located in the city center with numerous restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach is about 200 m away. new rooms, cleaned every day. the highest level. Large bathrooms and a wonderful view from the terrace where breakfast was served. wonderful owners, helped us organize many activities, gave us very nice advice. the entire hotel staff is one family, it was so nice to meet such a friendly familly.
