The hotel is conveniently located just off the beach promenade. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast view from the rooftop terrace was great and the staff very friendly. As a goodbye gift, I received a box of sweets, which was a nice touch.

It wasn't a problem for me but better to be aware: - The sea view in some of the rooms is only partial - The restaurant on the right side of the hotel plays music most of the day.

The hotel was in an ideal location,overlooking the ferry port. The owner of the hotel was really helpful,recommending restaurants and places of interest. Nothing was too much trouble for him, including dropping us back to the port on the day we were leaving.

Man on the front desk was really welcoming & friendly. Location was perfect, very close to the beach, port and promenade. Bed was comfy and shower was hot & reliable. Nice to have breakfast up on the roof terrace too, tasty, decent choice & great views!

The location is excellent for ferry passengers as it's only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal. It is close to the restaurants and services, but still fairly quiet during nights so you can have a peaceful sleep.

The wifi connection was a bit unstable - it worked well during the morning and day but not so well during the evening.

The owners and all the staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. From saving a parking space outside for our hire car to tidying our rooms everyday and making sure we had everything we needed. Location was great towards the ferry terminal end of Sarande and the sheltered beach which was a perfect spot for cooling off in the sea. The range of different places to eat in the immediate area was brilliant and we loved strolling up and down the promenade at night soaking up the Sarande vibe, friendly, relaxing and totally safe.

Small hotel with friendly staff. Very good location, just by the seafront overlooking the sea. Nice rooftop terrace where to enjoy breakfast. Super nice room with a big balcony.

Very match noise from the street in the nighttime that you hear very clearly to room (we had a room on second floor just hanging over the street). Great room, but the noise at night was disturbing.

Very close to port Staff were very friendly with great references for dinner and car rentals

It was very nice to be honest. The bed was comfortable, and AC was very critical in these moments. Can’t ask for more.

The only downside was it said its having sea side view but there was no sea side view that i can enjoy. Also payments are only accepted in cash

The hotel is not very far from the ferry terminal, so that you can easily walk from and to there if that is how you are travelling. The hotel itself is located on the boardwalk, by the beach. The couple who run the hotel and staff are very helpful and gave us great tips on where to eat, also offered to call the tour company for us to help us sort out some details. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had booked a room with a view and were not disappointed: we had an entire view of the bay and were able to enjoy our balcony in the evening. The boardwalk is pleasantly lively in the evenings, and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Sea view room was fabulous - spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast with some hot food and lots of cold options and breads/cake. Managers/owners were super friendly and very helpful - really go the extra mile to welcome guests and recommend restaurants hotels etc. - would definitely recommend. English widely spoken here.

Some minor building works at the time of our stay which didn’t disturb too much - otherwise no negatives.

We had such a lovely time at Hotel Royal Saranda. The place is in a very good location, close to the ferry and the promenade. The breakfast and the view from the terrace was outstanding. What made our stay even better was Anila the owner and her attention to all our needs. Thank you for our lovely stay !

A nice family-run hotel. Our room had a great view over the sea. The breakfast was really good, both the food and the rooftop location. A great start to the day.

There are several minor maintenance issues that should be attended to. EG light bulbs, fittings coming off the wall, door handles falling off.
