View at sea! Delicious breakfast. Top service! Owner even went to fix our flat tire! Shengjin have a nice boulevard with many restaurants

Mondi is nice owner, friendly and always open for help or answering question, every time when he see us ask if we need help or something else. Apartment was in very good condition, clean, good with sea view, air conditioned with TV and Wi-Fi. One of the first thing what I’m looking when I go at some place is clean room and this was one of them. Also all the property looks very good. Breakfast was included in my package and also food was delicious and owners there were very nice and friendly. I’ll recommend to my friend and cousins, definitely worth for the money. Mondi is the best 👍 10/10

Good apartment, well cleaned and nice facilities. Easy to communicate with host. Good with parking space in the garage. We had a great time and have nothing to complain about.

The rooftop apartment is great, great view, nice and big terrace with sun beds and everything. Nice and cleaned AC room. Everything you need.

Little confusing signs. It was a little bit of a struggle to find it, but the manager came down after one message and then everything went smoothly. Also the area is very busy and noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Everything was perfect. The owner is very helpful, always smiling and nice. The apartment was better than in the pictures. We will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Shengjin. The place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It’s in a great location – close to the beach and shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. What really made the stay special was our host, Mondi. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. He was always available if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Shengjin, and I hope to come back again. Thank you, Mondi, for the amazing hospitality!

Perfect location and perfect host!

Mondi is an amzing Host. He gave very good information about the area and supported us with all kind of questions/problems we had.

The apartment is situated right on the beach, easy to get keys, good parking, wonderful people, well equipped apartment, we enjoyed very much the great sandy beach right across the street.

Brand new, at the beach. The view is fantastic. Has everything you need.

There's construction next door. It is not too noisy, but the terrace is overlooked. I didn't use it too much. Mosquito nets on balcony doors would be helpful.

It's opposite the beach. Free parking under the building was a bonus. We were greeted by our host on arrival, and WhatsApp open communication was very helpful. We arrived 30 minutes late but wasn't an issue and had the option of leaving at any time as the room was free the next day.

Not a a big deal, however next building under construction, no one can do much about it. The work didn't bother us at all.

I had a great stay here, friendly host, good parking and across the road from the beach, all good!
