Mondi is nice owner, friendly and always open for help or answering question, every time when he see us ask if we need help or something else. Apartment was in very good condition, clean, good with sea view, air conditioned with TV and Wi-Fi. One of the first thing what I’m looking when I go at some place is clean room and this was one of them. Also all the property looks very good. Breakfast was included in my package and also food was delicious and owners there were very nice and friendly. I’ll recommend to my friend and cousins, definitely worth for the money. Mondi is the best 👍 10/10

Little confusing signs. It was a little bit of a struggle to find it, but the manager came down after one message and then everything went smoothly. Also the area is very busy and noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The rooftop apartment is great, great view, nice and big terrace with sun beds and everything. Nice and cleaned AC room. Everything you need.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Shengjin. The place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It’s in a great location – close to the beach and shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. What really made the stay special was our host, Mondi. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. He was always available if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Shengjin, and I hope to come back again. Thank you, Mondi, for the amazing hospitality!

The apartment is situated right on the beach, easy to get keys, good parking, wonderful people, well equipped apartment, we enjoyed very much the great sandy beach right across the street.

Not a a big deal, however next building under construction, no one can do much about it. The work didn't bother us at all.

It's opposite the beach. Free parking under the building was a bonus. We were greeted by our host on arrival, and WhatsApp open communication was very helpful. We arrived 30 minutes late but wasn't an issue and had the option of leaving at any time as the room was free the next day.

Roxhensis place was amazing! The Air Con was absolutely perfect in the room which was well needed! It is literally meters from the beach but the best thing must be the hosts. Family run business. Roxhensi and his dad. They were the nicest and most humble people, always available for any assistance and question that we had. They treated us more like friends than customers. When we were checking out, they invited us to talk to them about our travels and have a coffee (free of charge). I honestly don't ever think I will get the same treatment from another host. Amazing experience!

We would have appreciated more equipment in the kitchen, but even so everything was sufficient and we could cook our own food. I cannot think of anything else negative.

The apartment is located in a building by the beach. We could walk to the sea right in our swimsuits. Mondi, the man who took care of us, was very friendly, kind, smiling. He was always offering his help, asking how we were doing, if everything was ok and we were satisfied. Inside the apartment everything was new, nice, clean and functional. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

I can’t mention anything.

It is a well located and well equiped apartment. Our host Mondi was very nice to us. He and his family made our holiday very special. They have helped us in eveything and they were asking us very activly if we need something. Even during our stay we wanted to wash our clothes and they just moved a washing machine into our apartment. I do recommend this accomodation to everyone. Ps: super clean everything. We are sure that if we will come back to Shengjin we will only choose they apartments.
