Fantastic location. Friendly people!

Staying at Rosas Home in Lin was truly a highlight of our trip! The location is absolutely stunning—right on the lake, with peaceful views and sunsets you won’t forget. Rosa is an exceptional host: warm, generous, and welcoming. She made us feel like part of her family. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated traditional charm. We loved having breakfast on the terrace right by the water—everything was homemade, fresh, and delicious. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the small details that made a big difference: free parking

Authentic, family run guest house in the heart of the cutest little village.. The location is fantastic and Rosas cooking is amazing. Having breakfast/dinner on the little terrace overlooking the lake is just magical. Do not expect luxury resort, this b&b is authentic village home and has so much charm. Our family loved staying here.

Exceptionally friendly, family-oriented and personal service. Lovely location, you can swim in the lake directly from Rosas main property, beautiful terrace overlooking Ohrid.

Rosa and her family are absolutely lovely and welcoming. The accommodation is comfortable and exactly what we needed. The room was in another house but we could use all of the facilities at her other location (1 min) beside the water. We had dinner and breakfast; all delicious and homemade. The chill area beside the lake was great and we went for a few swims to cool off. We were able to have washing done as well which was very helpful. Can’t wait to return someday!

Nothing, it was all great. Keep in mind the village wakes up early though so you probably will too!

This is one of tge most beautiful places we have stayed at over our 6 months of travelling the world. Rosa and her staff go above and beyond . The food is excellent, including the breakfast. I can't recommend it enough.

Magical place, beautifully decorated common spaces, perfect location on the lake, great food and hospitality. Loved jumping off Rosa’s dock into the lake! I wish I had longer here!!

This is totally personal preference, but I think the bedroom would feel cozier with warm (yellow) lighting instead of the bright white LED style.

Rosa is really sweet. The rooms had a bit of Harry Potter vibes. Rosa and her family also run a restaurant/pub with delicious homemade food and table right next to the lake

Everything. I came for one night, I stayed for three! Rosa, the family and team are fabulous. It feels like a home away from home. The spot it divine, the swimming wonderful and the food delicious.

Only that I couldn’t stay longer! I had to carry on the journey, but I will return.

Rosa is an amazing host. We were greeted on arrival with refreshments . All our needs were met throughout our stay. Rosa and family go above and beyond.

Service was kind and warm, food was good.

Water was cold during night and morning, Lakeview pictures were a bit exaggerated.

Staying in one of these beautiful rooms and waking up next to the crystal clear waters and tranquility of Ohrid lake was real bliss. Rosa and her staff were simply wonderful. The hospitality, food, comfort, coziness, and everything else were just perfect. This is a place I will definitely return to.

I had a very good time at Rosa's Guesthouse l. She is a very lovely owner and a great chef. I would book it again.

It had good access to Lake Ohrid. It took just a short walk across the car park to a small terrace with deck chairs. It was a lovely secluded area where you could be served drinks from Rosa‘s B&B if wanted.

One of the two mattresses of our double bed was very soft.

Rosa Home was a great place! Rosa and her team wore great, they made us feal very special. Even when the weather wasn't with us (raining for couple of hours) they made it feal awesome! The rooms are fantastic, clean and rustic and the village too. The lake was so clean and clear waster. We had a great time there!

Loved the balcony with bunches of grapes hanging down. Rosa was friendly and hospitable. Village and property has a rustic charm about it.

There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the evening so we could not sit in the balcony or the lakeside restaurant area. Some sprays in the room /restaurant area would have been useful. The bathroom sink kept getting blocked. Veggie options were very limited and food on the slightly expensive side compared to the quality and other parts of Albania

Me and my partner loved the design of the room, the view to the lake and the food which was homemade.
