We were there with two young children, so the stairs in the apartment were a bit of an issue (our fault). Restaurants and cafes were a bit of a hike; perhaps we just didn’t find any nearby. Communication through Booking.com in the weeks leading up to our arrival was nonexistent, which was a shame. Make sure to have enough cash to pay upon arrival.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and located in the old town on the hillside. Parking was nearby and very convenient. The compendium and communication sent before our arrival were fantastic and detailed, which we greatly appreciated. Replies to our texts during our stay were prompt, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would recommend for a family with older children.

Location was amazing, the lady who looked after us was very friendly, funny and helpful. Very clean rooms with great views. Will definitely come back next year and recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.

The distance from the is a little challenging if you don’t have a car, but taxis in Dhërmi are plentiful and easy to get in touch with.

The view! The flalat is gorgeously situated overlooking the old town of Dhërmi. The design is modern and contemporary and very clean. The lady checking us in, Violeta, is very accomodating and cheerful even though she doesn’t speak English.

In general the flat is very nice, well decorated and with an amazing view. The bed is very comfortable. Now, cleaning was honeslty very poor (bathroom was hardly clean, rest of food on the kitchen counter, various stains), some elements of the flat are broken (Bidet, a couple of shutters, many bulbs not replaced) which is a pity as it gives a feeling of being neglected. So a pit disappointed, for the price we paid I was expecting better.

The place was lovely, and the owner and Violeta were incredibly kind and accommodating. When we unfortunately fell ill, Violeta went out of her way to prepare a comforting meal for us and even allowed us to extend our stay. Their hospitality was truly exceptional.

The floor downstairs didn't feel entirely clean when we entered the apartment and took off our shoes. Kitchen equipment was modest, e.g. wine opener was not available. Few facilities available in the village.

Nicely renovated apartment and airconditing was working well, which is a must if you are staying in summer. The host provided an information book in advance.

Beautiful furnished apartment and the view is just amazing! The area is a bit secluded which is nice in comparison to the beach and parties. There are a lovely cafes just around the corner. The housekeeper Violetta was very sweet and helpful even though she doesn’t speak any English. Overall a nice apartment to stay at ☺️

The housekeeper doesn't know English. We understood only a few words from her speech in Albanian at the check-in time. Be ready to use a translator to ask or explain something to her.

These apartments are amazing. They are located in the beautiful part of the city, with an insane view. Fully furnished with all the required tools. The housekeeper allowed us to leave our belongings till 3 pm on the last day in her house.

We had some difficulty finding the neighbor to pick up the key, and the downstairs bathroom seems to leak sewer gas and gives off a strong smell even when not in use. The kitchen was mostly fine, but was missing a few important things like a tea strainer, coffee filters and cutting knives.

Great location in a newly built, but apparently traditional-style stone house. Very nice atmosphere with well-finished floors, comfortable beds and local photos for decoration. Beautiful view from second-floor balcony and plenty of room (and two bathrooms) for four people to stay with privacy.
