The breakfast was a little bit boring we could choose from the same menu(6-8 items). More fruits, some vegetarian choice would have been welcome.

The kitchen was well equipped, the room had a big balcony, the apartment was convenient, though it was close to several restaurants but not noisy. The staff was friendly. The landlady cleaned our room regularly, we got clean and good towels.

It was a hotel room but they also supplied a fridge and a stove top so could prepare some things if you wanted Loved the breakfast fresh fruiys, omelettes, pancakes. Staff very friendly. Short cut to beach directly opposite hotel si very close. Great loaction also to visit Butrint as bus goes right by hotel.

It was a little noisy some evenings with loud music coming from the hotel opposite (fortunately it was intermittent and didn't last long) and loud traffic noise on some occasions (motorbikes mainly). The decor in the room was a little dated, esp the shower room. The walk to the beaches was easier once we found the back route but it's still 5-10 mins to the nearest beach, longer to others.

Breakfast was available until 10am and you can order what you like from the menu (a choice of omlette, pancakes, fried eggs, toast, butter, jam). The room was spacious and the doors/windows had mosquito nets which were necessary. In contrast, the dining area/restaurant is spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and laid back but their English was quite limited.

Extremely friendly host, nice rooms and lovely, well priced restaurant. I suggest to try the mixed sea food from grill. Few minutes by foot to the sea, a nice shortcut is just opposite of the hotel

The owner and the whole staff were very welcoming and warm. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The room was kept clean throughout the stay. The room as well as its balcony were big and spacious. Will definitely return here.

Everything, the host was the best, the breakfast super good and good value for money. The AC was on all the time with no problem and the food was great.

The bed for kid that stays under the big bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioner was constantly dripping water. There was a kitchen in the room but no trash bin. And mini refrigerator wasnt working.

The hotel was close to the beaches, the breakfas was really good and satisfiying. And balkony was nice and big enough.

As said before, the breakfast was ok, but I asked for an omelette and I don't know how, but they served it quite burned. Also, there was not really anyone there for us in the check in. There was the waiter, but honestly, seeing his mood, I guess he is not being paid for this. Our toilet did not flush. We noticed it and, thinking that probably they would not really be very quickly fixing it, we just told them the next day. Another thing, please, if you somehow like pizza, do not order one at the restaurant downstairs. Even though they have a proper oven, the dough is pretty bad. We had a room on the third floor without an elevator, so if you are not fit or somehow old, maybe it's not the best option.

The bed was ok, and the location is handy, because you are like 10 minutes walking from the beach but you are not right there so it is quieter. The breakfast was ok but not great. They have a restaurant downstairs and you can pick from the menu. We had a nice terrace.

The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be regulated very well, but it blew a good cold.

The accomodation is very good, the breakfast was delicious. The owner did everything for out comfort. Cleaning was done once during a week's stay here which was perfect the even did the dishes for us. The best part was that there was restaurant below us where we could have dinner. The pizza was much tastier Than any other Restaurant. I strongly recommend it to everyone.
