The location is generally ok, but the surroundings are not the nicest. We knew breakfast was at another location, but we thought it would be closer to the hotel.

The hotel is new, clean and has a nice design. Convenient parking. Friendly staff and smooth self check in procedures.

We had an amazing experience at Rich Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach with stunning sea views. The rooms were modern, super clean, and comfortably furnished. What stood out most was the staff: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service. The duvet was good for really cold winter but definitely not for end of summer - there’s nothing else that you could use to cover yourself with and the duvet makes you terribly hot. Girl at the reception that was there in the afternoon is not super helpful and doesn’t seem to know much like where is the breakfast - but in the morning there was a nicer and more competent girl.

Amazing breakfast included in price in a restaurant nearby - best breakfast I had in Albania. Very good design, nice bathroom, spacious room and really comfortable beds.

The safe wasn't secured, you could just pick it up and walk away with it. There was a long window in room 101 that didn't have a curtain over it and it let all the daylight in when the sun rose. The hooks in the bathroom were all stick on and wouldn't hold a towel. Just small things that could be improved on.

Small things that do not affect the rating... more foreign TV channels, a richer selection of fruits and vegetables in breakfast...

Brand new hotel in an attractive location only a hundred meters from the main promenade and the beach. Fully equipped and maintained in accordance with its categorization. Staff available 24 hours a day, always with a smile on their face. Good breakfast, excellent WI-FI, parking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast is the same every day, but it's very good, so it's not a big issue.

The staff is very nice and helpfull. We always had problems in finding a taxi in Vlora, cause we didn't had a car, nor do we speak Albanian. The staff was very nice to help us find the taxi. They clean the room every day and change sheets and towels every 2-3 days. So, the room is kept clean constantly, which I loved.

We stayed 3 nights, but it didn’t get cleaned once. Even when we had the light on for cleaning. We even said hi to the cleaning lady, so she knew we were staying there for sure. We had a balcony where the garbage got picked up every night around 01:00 am.

The location is great! Close to great restaurants and supermarkets!

Staff and location was excellent! Room was super clean, lighting was special, balcony was quite OK and room was quiet (with double glazing). Breakfas was very good, even though 2-3 min outside the hotel.

I stayed here for 1 night, the location was good just off the main strip with easy parking. So close to all the beach and shops but quiet at night. The room was superb very clean and well kept and a fridge was useful.

The hotel is new and very comfortable. I booked last minute and the staff were so kind and helpful. They made my experience wonderful. The hotel is very well located, it's near the beach, restaurants, bars and bus stop. Great value for money :)
