The hotel was located in a nice walking area. The beach is nearby just a couple minutes walking distance. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They cleaning the rooms and changing the towels on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this nice small hotel

Very clean rooms, big bathroom with nice amenities, comfortable bed and a good choice for the breakfast buffet. It's also only 5 min away from one of the main streets of Ksamil where you will find restaurants, bars, and lounges, so the location is excellent as well. It was great value for money and the staff was friendly and helpful!

The beach was a bit far.

Great reception. Hospitality was the best. They even made sure to save us (me and everyone owning a car) a parking spot near the hotel. The menu had a mix of delicious traditional food. Very safe for kids and family. Rooms are large with lots of space to move around, very clean.

There was an AC right above the bed, so it was quite cold now and then, but it's ok, wasn't a problem.

Nice location, great attitude from the hosts, whenever we had any problems, it was solved right away! They have private parking, small market and restaurant. Breakfast was simple but everything was fresh and tasty. For that price it is really good offer for Ksamil. So we would definitely recommend this place - nice, clean and alwsys helpful staff :)

Breakfast was limited, with proper coffee paid extra. No kettle in apt.

Beautiful little hotel, run by great and helpful owners. Value for money 10/10. We had a family apt with two bedrooms, spacious and clean, with a walk-around balcony. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood, with white stone street.

Good location, beaches are nearby, supermarket as well. Calm neighborhood, nothing as loud music here. Modern room, kitchen in the room, everything was clean, there was a fridge and balcony. A/C works well. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided me wine opener.

No soap in the bathroom, nor support for toiletries, not a major issue, still you don’t expect it.

The very good location connected to all beaches, very friendly staff, the fact that is was newly furbished, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, it had a restaurant downstairs where you could eat good meals, good AC, spacious enough.

Good breakfast. Great restaurant downstairs with amazing gyros. Can rent Vespa for €20/day and laundry facilities as well! I work remote and wifi was good. On a well-lit street that felt very safe for my sister and I.

The owners did everything to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous, rooms are big, bed very comfortable air conditioning functional, shady balcony. Family business, first class service. Beach is 3 min away and restaurant on the premises, or 2 minutes i cannot recommend enough this property. Thank you all. Will be back
