The hotel was clean, modern, great location, lovely breakfast and pool area. Beds are very comfortable.

Its good value and when asked the staff were helpful. The only gripe is that the fridge does not keep food/ drinks chilled.

I stayed at this lovely 4-star hotel in Ksamil and had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff was outstanding — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made me feel welcome from the very beginning. The breakfast wasn’t extremely varied, but everything was fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. Sometimes simple is best, and this was definitely the case here. I especially appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the relaxed atmosphere in the morning. A heartfelt thank you goes to the lady who cleaned my room. She did a fantastic job every single day — the room was always spotless and fresh. She was also incredibly kind and respectful whenever we met. Overall, a great stay in beautiful Ksamil. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others looking for comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Location is perfect walking distance to everything, Very Clean tidy.

This hotel is just false advertising amenities. - This is not a beach front hotel - there is no room service - rooms are especially not sound proof Reviews are correct, staff is rude.

The room was very clean and the hotel had good parking. The beach was very close to the hotel so it had a perfect location but it was a bit pricey. The guys working at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The girl working at the reception wasn't that kind and it was a bummer on our stay. Sadly was the breakfast also not that great. Some dishes were left out in the sun. We expected a better service for the price we paid (one of the most expensive hotels during our trip).

New hotel, only opened last year. Spotlessly clean. Good location.

The hotel is modern, clean, and has a really convenient location. It’s 3 min walk to Bora Bora beach, and 5 min to Ksamil 7 beach. All the best restaurants and bars are couple minutes away, and still, it’s quiet in the hotel since it’s not over the street. There always were fresh fruits for breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool is nice and warm.

That’s not a disadvantage but rather a suggestion for improvement: 1) it would be nice to have cups for toothbrushes in the bathroom 2) we had a room for 3, but there were only 2 tea cups and 1 spoon 3) the water pressure wasn’t always good 4) we’d love to see a bit more variety for breakfast

Very clean and close to the beach

Nothing really. Being directed to the hotel rules the minute we arrived I didn’t think was necessary as they were all pretty self explanatory and just common courtesy.

Great location - a few minutes walk to the beach and main attractions in Ksamil. Hotel was new with a nice pool, great buffet breakfast and overall really comfortable.

Unfortunately we had the first room after reception and it was very noisy all night, with guests being noisy and waking us up at all hours of the night. As I was sick and trying to sleep a lot this was disruptive and the only downside.

New hotel, modern in design and spotlessly clean throughout. Location is excellent for beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Great buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from.

Eggs and sausage on the breakfast buffet were always cold

Really lovely place and good value for money! Extra points for the nice bed! Breakfast had everything including fresh berries. Pool was a plusa and parking convenient. Very close to the beaches!!
