The reception lady when we arrived, around 19pm I think, was rude. The hotel was like an apartment complex of which two floors were the hotel, the other 4 floors (I think) were where local people lived, it was a bit weird. The room was spacious, nothing fancy, no toilet paper, broken shower... Anyway, it was OK.

Ok stay, not too far away from the vibrant part of Vlorë. Breakfast was ok, the lady helping was really friendly!

Breakfast can definitely be improved. Staff should make a little effort in smiling at customers.

The location wasn't that great, not very touristy but if you have a car you can easily go anywhere else. The room itself was big but it felt a bit unclean. The bathroom wasn't that clean as well and the showerhead didn't have a strong water pressure.

When you rent a car, there is not much parking space but we were lucky to have a spot. The room itself was really big with amazing view of the sea! Breakfast was good, they just had to refill a lot when we arrived but enough choice.

Glass was missing in the balcony. Extreamly dangerious if people are traveling with kids.

- The walk to the city center wasn't great. A lot of abandoned houses - There was no elevator - There was no toilet paper in the bathroom

- Location was close to the beach - The view from the bay was quite nice - Parking in front of the hotel for the car

The breakfast was ok, good coffee, but at 9:00 there was not much left and we had to ask about every single thing to add to the buffet (like bread, eegs, ham, cheese, veggies etc The 9floor building without lift. We were lucky to not have the room on the last floor;) The bathroom could have use more cleaning, the ventilation openings had a lot of dust on:( There was no toilet paper in the room and also we could not get one in the reception, we got few napkins from the restaurant and bought tissues in the shop. Next day when we came back to the room there was no toilet paper but you could get one in the reception. The mattress was too soft (but that is my personal preference). The room is ok at first look but I would add little things to the room like small shelve in the shower for your toiletries, something to remove water from the floor after shower because whole bathroom was wet. A chair next to the desk would be nice.

Nice, big room with the view on the sea and balcony. When you close the windows you don’t hear any noise from the street. Clean towels. Nice people.

First of all, the noise of screaming kids on the early morning is unacceptable in 4* hotel. The hotel has just 2 floors so you can hear everything. We were really angry about the screaming kid which was additionally staff’s kid. The other thing we didn’t like was cleanliness of the bathroom - hair in the shower and the shower itself was very very dirty (easy to clean), in the sink there was mould. The third thing that is unacceptable in 4* hotel is that you share a balcony with next door room - really weird. In front of the hotel there is situated a ghetto of gypsy people which is not so dangerous and it wasn’t such a problem for us. The location is not bad - 15 minutes walking to nice beaches and noisy restaurants. I would rate 3* for the hotel, not 4*.

The price for the accomodation was really good, the breakfast was sufficient.

The nearby beach is pretty disgusting so don't plan on going there. The view from our room was pretty bad, but it's not the hotel's fault, just the neighborhood is pretty poor.

The staff and breakfast were amazing, other than that don't bother with this place. Good for one night's sleep and if you don't plan on spending more than one night. Someone blocked my car in the parking so all of them jumped to help. Thank you!

Between the hotel and the beach, an unfinished building was hosting who did seem to be a lot of poor people: it was a sad view, considering that the hotel is in contrast relatively luxurious. We felt like it would have been potentially dangerous to come back in the night, however when we walked there at 11 pm we felt safe. As in the rest of Albania, most of dumpser is broken and its content dumped in the streets: those close to the hotel made no exception. Finally, for some reasons we had to ask for the final part of the sheet, because it was nor prepared (which apparently is a habit in Albania) nor provided (this is not a habit, I think: usually the sheet is left on the bed for the client to adjust it personally).

Nice and modern hotel very close to a beach (not one of the best, though). It was easy to find it and to park the car there. You can walk to the city center or to the most touristic coast in 20 minutes circa. The neighborhood is quiet and with some services (restaurants, bar) quite close to the hotel. Breakfast was ok.

the staff is deceiving tourists. The price on the Booking.com platform was 42 eur, upon arrival they ask to pay 47 eur, because there was a currency exchange fee...

The location is dodgy, but you get what you pay for. if you have car, it is not a issue.

It had a smell of canalization, which we could not get rid of with an air conditioner or while opening the balcony doors.

The hotel is next to the beach, and the room has a view of it.

Dirty bedding, dirty walls, dirty towels, breakfast until 10:00, we came at 9:00, there was no food left, they do not refill, rude and unfriendly staff
