Please provide information how to reach the hotel by car when you confirm bookings. Some small practical things in the bathroom could be improved (where to put stuff in the shower?). Please provide extension cables, the number of electric plugs is not adequate for the equipment of today's travellers.

This is a great hotel, in a renovated and nicely decorated building in a wonderful park in the old castle, with old-style furniture. Very helpful staff. A pleasure to stay there. Would always choose it a gain.

No parking on site. Street parking difficult as city cnetre location. But otherwise full marks.

Other than the stairs getting in and out the hotel is lovely. Very clean, welcoming. The room was large and comfortable but there’s no room to hang clothes. The shower head was broken too. But other than that it was very good

We got locked out of the place a little after midnight , there is a number on the back gate to call but we weren’t aware this was going to be a problem, so it would have been nice to know beforehand.

So comfortable and very cute hotel. It was right in the castle so it was so easy to get around once there.

The price is a bit high.

The breakfast was really good. I liked the appearance of the hotel. Feels like part of the castle. The rooms and facilities are very nice. The balcony was great. The location is very central. Overall, great experience.

The site is absolutely well located. It is within the castle walls and there is no more pleasant environment to be in in the entire city. The staff's attention was very good, and the breakfast was very very good. Comfortable beds and a feeling of well-being in that place when you wake up in this place. 100% recommended.

There was no room cleanings or service and a simple garbage bag or place to get fresh towels would help out. I also had one of the rooms without an above shower made cleaning myself difficult in the tub.

I liked the space and villa for the stay during my friends wedding. I enjoyed breakfast and the amenities.

The extractor fan funnel from the kitchen was right outside our balcony and extremely noisy and smelly. Maybe room 103 is a short straw pick for booking.com. ! The air conditioning unit struggled in the intense heat and it was hard to sleep.

Loved the beautiful grounds and garden and the lovely breakfasts served up by an excellent waiter named Gabriel. He was a credit to the company. The restaurant had a wide range of choices and was very busy. Our room was lovely and comfortable and cleaned daily and the location is ideal for exploring Elbasan.

The stairway didn't have rails which could be an issue if you are traveling with children. If you return late at night (after 10pm) you'll need to go to the back gate and call the number of the guard to be let in

The location was great. Very easy to find. Plenty of parking if you have a car. The staff seemed pretty friendly. The AC worked well and the food was pretty good. Loved the garden.

The beds were all very very squeaky. Every time you moved they would make noise.

Great location! When we requested an iron to press some dress shirts, they offered to do it for us at no cost.
