New and very comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, at city center and very close to everything. We liked the family spirit of the host family who manages the hotel. Thanks to Irakli who was ready to help us for everything we needed, like parking the car, or suggesting us best beaches around.

Everything was amazing!

Everything was wonderful! The location was very convenient since it was very close to the port and the Main Street area but it was far enough for it to be nice and quiet. The hotel had an elevator and its own parking which was a huge advantage.Our room had everything we needed ( towels, A/C, mini fridge,balcony, very comfortable and big bed) and was super clean. The hosts/ receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The owner, Lio, is incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. He truly made us feel at home. The place is spotless, cozy, and well taken care of in every detail. There was absolutely nothing wrong — everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back!

Absolutely amazing! I felt completely at home – like I was staying with family. The service is outstanding. Everyone is incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sarandë. Everything you need is just a short walk away – shops, restaurants, the beach – all super close. I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my stay. Without a doubt, this is my go-to place whenever I’m in Sarandë. Highly recommended!

Very clean room and modern room, air con, good water pressure. There is a lift which is very handy when you have luggage. Fab location - very close to the promenade. Amazing host - very helpful, always smiling and asking If he can help with anything and a really sweet touch is that there are fruits, snacks, coffee and water available at the reception which you can take from whenever you want. I couldnt recommend this place enough.

There is no restaurant or pool but we werent looking for that as we had everything at our door step. The two guys that run the hotel are really helpful and friendly. Couldnt ask for more. Parking available also.

Everything! “squeaky clean” is the right word for this place, shoutout of applause to the cleaning team👏. The sheets & towels smell of freshness, there is a lift in the hotel. They allowed me to check in early when I arrived at no extra cost- which was great! Very good location, 6 mins walk to the beach, 4 minutes walk to bus stop to & from other cities, 5 minutes to bus stop to Ksamil. - Room was excellent, mini fridge, with 2 water bottles inside, kettle, hair dryer, a dish where you can wash your clothes after the beach & a place to hang them to dry in the balcony. I stayed in room 102, nice terrace, overlooking what seems like the hotel garden, good AC.. all in all lovely experience, seems the hotel is new. I didn’t have a car but I could see private parking available. The host by the reception is friendly & nice😊 This is the 5th accommodation I try in my trip in Albania, within the same budget, maybe this one is 2-3 euros extra than the most expensive one I stayed at but it’s definitely the best! I highly recommend. If you have been traveling for a while & want to have rest in a decent place, this is the one.

Very central and easy to get to. You can walk a short distance to the center, the main attractions and the restaurants. Parking is also available at premises. The host is very nice and helpful. The rooms were very modern, quiet and clean. We had our own balcony which was very nice.

Top location, super clean, modern new hotel. The parking is the strong point as the hotel is 100 meters from the centre, boulevard, beach, pier. The staff is polite and help you with everything you may need. Very fast wifi.

It was all fantastic, they didn’t have an elevator but that didn’t bother us and I think there was one being built. There was coffee making facilities but it might have been nice to have some coffee there to use but it wasn’t an issue really.

Super clean and modern. Really close to the bus station, promenade, cafes and supermarkets. Friendly receptionist.
