Note: However, these factors definitely had a minimal impact on our comfort. My only real concern was the shower area. The hotel always had hot water, but there were no shower curtains, and the shower heads might need to be updated.

Best thing I like about this facility is offering wonderful breakfast and location. Very easy to access and very close beaches and center of the Ksamil. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and turned on the air conditioning in our room before we even arrived, ensuring we had the ideal temperature. In other words, they prioritize guest comfort.

The bathroom had the sewer drain open, leaving a big hole on the floor and the shower was hanging on the wall.

Kitchen could be more equipped. It had all the basics. A normal kettle would be nice.

It was very nicely located close to all the main beaches. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff came daily.

It was really loud i could hear from hallway or next room also from outside.Curtains weren’t blocking the light so room was too bright in the morning.Toilet was old style.No elevator.

Be aware there is no actual shower in the bathroom (we booked a studio for 4 people). Indeed the pictures of the bathrooms are missing - there is a shower head but no cabin or shower plate so the water goes everywhere in the bathroom.

The mattress was not too comfortable. When I booked the room in Booking and saw the pictures linked to that room, there was a picture of what I assumed it was the view from the room (sea view). However, the room had a view towards the street. I asked about this and they were very nice and offered us to change the room. I would recommend changing that picture in Booking and be more clear about this. The bathroom could be modernised. Also, pictures of the shower should be included in Booking: it is an "open shower", so when you take a shower everything gets wet and then you need to clean (they provide the cleaning tools). The kitchen could be equipped with some extra basic stuff, such as dish soap, a sponge and salt. Our room was cleaned only once in five days.

The location is amazing (2 minutes walking to the beach). Eddie and his family were very nice and flexible. They offered us to change our room to one with sea view. The room was equipped with a kitchen, which was very helpful. The family owns a restaurant with very good food and prices. We loved the wild fish, cold beers and white wine!

Eksperiencë e shkëlqyer – super staf, super ushqim, super gjithçka! Stafi shumë i sjellshëm dhe mikpritës. Ushqimi ishte i mrekullueshëm, i bollshëm dhe me çmime minimale për atë që ofrohej – për më tepër, kishim edhe 20% ulje si klientë të hotelit. Lexova disa review nga të huaj që ankoheshin për mëngjesin – s’e kuptoj pse, sepse ishte gënjeshtër e madhe. Mëngjesi hapej në orën 08:00 dhe kishte pafund ushqim, shumëllojshmëri, dhe sasi që s’e sheh as në hotele jashtë shtetit. Edhe diçka shumë e rëndësishme për ne: kishim me vete macen tonë dhe nuk na kërkuan asnjë pagesë shtesë – shumë korrekt dhe zemërgjerë nga ana e tyre. Do kthehemi patjetër. Faleminderit për gjithçka!

However, the room we stayed in was in the older Poseidon hotel complex. The amenities and mainly the bathroom were very old, the showerhead was broken and the water was spilling everywhere in the bathroom each time we used it. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom - supposedly a plumbing problem, that the manager fixed. However the initial moldy and humid smell came back during the day. The smell was in everything - towels, bedding, drawers, kitchen sink - and made our stay very uncomfortable. The room was overall very humid and our clothes hanged in the wardrobe were becoming humid as well. We had to air them out in the terrace. As mentioned, the manager was very friendly and tried his best to be helpful, fixed the plumbing problem (he thought the smell was coming from the toilet). But to be honest even though the room was tidy, the amenities are so old and/or dysfunctional, that it can’t be helped. (I.e. broken bunk bed, mosquito net, showerhead & the humidity problem).

The hotel location is great - 2 min walk from the beach. The manager was very helpful and wanted to accomodate us as much as possible. The hotel restaurant is very tasty and offers a variety of fresh fish.

Everything was exellent ! The Hotel is PET FRIENDLY, we were a couple with a toddler and a German Shepherd ! Large family studio! Clean and quiet ! Large Parking, easy go in and get out ! The staff was very friendly ! They have their own restaurant where you eat very good breakfast , and they make 20% discount for hotel guests if you eat lunch or dinner ! You must try their Pasta with seafood and Suated Mussels ! For familys with kids you have a small yard with toys for kids and a slide !

amazingly clean and spacious apartments, lovely shower and comfy beds. Very close to gorgeous beach. Super friendly staff and very nice bar/restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended !
