Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AlbaniaYou can better make the reservation online because the price in the booking was cheaper than the price offered by the hotel reception. The hotel itself only had a standard price with breakfast included, which was +20 euros more than the online reservation.
The room was clean and with all the necessary conditions to spend a weekend by the sea.

North MacedoniaThe water in the shower was irregular, never being balanced, but it was either scalding or very cold. It was impossible to do a proper and normal shower. The ceiling of the bathroom dripped with water all the time. One goes to the SPA to relax, as it was real chaos from the children and their noise. It was impossible to use the gym precisely because of the kids who were throwing weights around. There should have been a person in charge in the SPA area. I think that in cases like these it is not normal to pay the regular price if you present it as a complaint in advance and also at the exit.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThere were ant's in our room. The beach does not get cleaned and the beads on the beach are all dorty from the sand. The room service from 4 orders, the first one was great where we got what we ordered, as the time passed every time we ordered something the waiter came and told us it's not available we have something else and he brings it, even though we did not order it. The hotel has a no refund policy, even if you have a death case or someting like that. One pool was dirty for 3 days, till they cleaned it. A small portion of the stuff knows english. The hotel is not 5 stars, at best myb 4 stars but more then that it's not, they have a lot of work to do to make it a 5 stars hotel.
The hotel has a nice location, the cleaning staff and the reception they are really nice. The view from the room very nice. The food quality is good, but not wow for 5 stars.
