The restaurant next the our hotel has very loudly music until night time, room area is not that big and very closely to the other rooms.

Breakfast and the view is amazing, also the people at the hotel are very nice. Parking area is limited but it is normal in Albania we don’t have any problem at parking.

The way up to the parking might be a bit challenging, our balcony door was difficult to close and you definitely need a car.

The view from the hotel terrace and the kindness of the hotel staff definitely stand out at this hotel close to Himarë. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot and had a renovated room with well-functioning air conditioning and a terrace to the mountain side. Also, the fridge was nice, especially since we got treated some fresh watermelon from the hotel. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of options, we also took dinner one night and enjoyed our fishes. There are parking spots right in front of the hotel and there is even another very popular restaurant next door.

The family who owns the hotel is absolutely wonderful: open, kind, and always ready to help. Everything feels so cozy and home-like. Beyond any expectations! The Team is amazing, dream Team, always attentive and kind! Genuine people! The place is beautiful, with an amazing view to the sea, comfortable room. The breakfast was the best we had for a long time, freshly baked and delicious (we saw the owner preparing the sweets the night before). We also had dinner and we loved the tradicional food and the atmosphere of dinning in their terrace! Wish you all the best in your future sweet Casey, you are already an outstanding professional!

Small room is indeed really small - but this was foreseen! Compensates with the balcony with sea view

Amazing view, great breakfast, nice friendly staff. Accommodating. Need a car to get there and get around. Has a very nice restaurant just by the side of it. Small mishap with the choice of beds, but this was quickly corrected. Good value for money!

Where to start… The room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast absolutely outstanding. Everyone we met was genuinely kind and attentive, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I would return without hesitation.

This was one of our best holiday stays ever. Marie, Mondi and the crew went at extra lengths to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and I couldn't thank them enough for it. The property is located in a beautiful landscape over Livadhi beach, the rooms are better than in pictures, quiet and very clean. Here, everything works like it should (no issues with water pressure or hot water which is common in Albania). Breakfast is buffet style with few items rotating through the days, all the ingredients are fresh and home made. We also dined there and it is a magical setting to watch the sunset while enjoying their delicious meals. It goes without saying, that they are very generous and as a hospitable Albanian family they offer a lot of stuff on the house. I am pretty sure we will be back soon.

Nothing we disliked. Only thing I would add is a word of warning - the hotel is located up in the hills above Himare, so a car is definitely needed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have a vehicle.

Beautiful views down to the beach. Everything is spotless. Our room was comfy, with good air conditioning, a good shower and a great balcony. The staff are extremely friendly, especially Casey (hope I’m spelling it correctly). The breakfast is good and they were kind enough to serve it early on our last day so we could have eat before we had to check out - great service. You can also have dinner at the property (paid) which was great, or head next door to the neighbouring hotel which also has a popular restaurant.

Everything was spotless clean and super beautiful. Magnificant seaview and sunset in the evening. Maria and her team are the most lovely and welcoming people. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect, she even prepared breakfast earlier for us and made us snacks for our trip to the airport. Thanks again!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 days and left very happy. Because the owners are very lovely and polite. They are smiling and helped us with everything we wanted. You will never regret their restaurants, delicious and filling. When we ask; " where can we rent a sunbed?" They give us huge umbrella for free. The hotel was very clean and attentive. Only one disadvantage - they not offer hot breakfast.

Friendly staff. Clean and cozy room. Room smells delicous after cleaning. The view from the balcon was one of the best part of staying here. Also there are a restaurant where you can eat lunch or dinner. Breakfast in the terrace with a great sea view also. Very good value for money. Highly recommended 👏

Nothing about the property, it was great. But Would suggest looking up the hotel in the map and do not copy and paste address booking.com gives you into the map as it takes you up very bad rocky slip road in the mountains. Ask Maria for a Google map link to follow.

We loved our stay at Maria’s. The property was in a great location with stunning views over Himare and the beach in the distance. The room was big and had a large balcony around it. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Maria was even kind enough to provide a kettle in the room when requested. The food was delicious and home cooked. It was the best food we had of our whole holiday. Would recommend staying here. We went to Ksmil after here and had such a mediocre time compared to our stay in Himare. Would skip the crowds of Ksmil and suggest spending more time here.
