The property is located in a beautiful area very near the amazing lake of Pogradec. The service and the staff including the owner of this hotel Mrs. Vjollca are extremely friendly and helpful and kind. They make one feel like they are at home.

Beautiful Perla Hotel. Such wonderful staff who even kindly upgraded us on arrival! In a great location with lots of free parking, great breakfast, so close to the beautiful lake, and everything about the hotel is clean and comfy.

Breakfast was a bit poor in terms of choice for people that like sweet food in the morning. The coffee at the buffet wasn't good and you had to pay extra to get one from the bar. (Sorry, but you need to improve this aspect.) Wi-fi: wasn't working well as long as we stayed there. The manager told us they are working on it.

Modern, newly updated, with nicely equipped rooms. Clean and fresh. Good location near city center and the central beach in Pogradec. Many good restaurants in the vincinity. Price is good for this hotel standard. Breakfast Ok, but could be a bit better. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. What could be improved and is probably beyond the hotel's control is a stream mixed with dirty water flowing into the lake and a part of the lake near the beach that is full of rubbish.

A comfortable hotel near the coast and the promenade of Lake Ohrid. Nicely furnished rooms and a restaurant on the ground floor. Friendly staff, always ready to help. We visited the hotel out of season and appreciated the hotel manager's decision to upgrade our family room to a suite.

The staff were very helpful in advising us about how to get to Korce on the public bus for a day trip, and also arranged for us to have a taxi for the day to take us to Ohrid, North Macedonia. Both trips were very worthwhile.

A little difficult to get the attention of the staff for check in as they work in the cafe restaurant and often busy (but this is a minor thing).

Great views from the balcony, good price, comfortable and clean. They let us keep our bicycles in the hotel overnight.

Wifi did not work in my room,

The hotel was next to the lake promenade, with a nice balcony where you could sit and admire the landscape, though big trees blocked part of the lake view. Breakfast included a great variety of cereals, cold meats, eggs and hot dishes, and local products of good quality.
