Good Breakfast, clean rooms

Bad Location, poorly area, no nice view. Lots of street dogs barking all the time, no more free parking (had to park on the street). TV was broken. Room small. Its in General not good value for money.

Very welcoming and nice hosts. The breakfast was delicious and the room clean.

The family that live here are very friendly and welcoming - giving great recommendations and providing a delicious homemade breakfast! The location is in a nice neighbourhood and a little bit of a walk (about 15-20 minutes) from the old town, but in turn you get incredible views of the town and mountains! The room was very nice - clean, modern, and spacious.

I had a fantastic stay at Patio Rooms in Gjirokastër and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort and style. My room was spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean, with all the necessary facilities to make the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The atmosphere of the place is calm and welcoming, making it easy to relax after exploring the beautiful streets and history of Gjirokastër. I especially loved how well-thought-out the details were everything felt carefully prepared for guests. If you’re looking for a place that gives you both comfort and an authentic local touch, Patio Rooms is an excellent choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing place- very clean, cozy, perfect communication with host. Many tips for sightseeing and relevant advices. And the spectacular VIEW! We are vegans and they prepared us amazing gourmet experience for breakfast that we even did not expect.

Very Nice room and beautiful terrace with a view. Breakfast was tasteful and the owners were helpful and very kind. Walking distance to the old Town (1km) and parking in front of the house which is nice

We loved everything about our stay. We were greeded by a polite young gentleman, host's son who showed us around. Irsida the hostess, was amazing, so welcoming to her home. The breakfast was amazing...omlette, sausage, feta cheese, vegetables, jam with butter, and the freshly baked orange cake was just a cherry on the top. The terrace were we enjoyed the home made breakfast was so pleasant, the views from the room were spectacular, and not to mention free coffee and tea you can help yourself to anytime.

The walk to the old town can be a challenge if it is to hot, so consider taking a taxi. But keep in mind it is a pleasant walk with great views once it gets dark and it cools down. So it is not a hasle, just be smarter than we were. Would stay here again.

We had such a great stay here. We booked the city view room, the room was very modern, and the views were incredible looking at the mountains and the castle. Irsida and Ergest were so lovely and made the most amazing traditional breakfast that we had on the patio garden. Irsida was there when we arrived to help show us where to park, and whilst the apartment is on a hill, driving up really wasn’t bad. Wish we stayed longer - couldn’t recommend more!

You need to walk 20 minutes to old town which is not a problem unless you plan to do it several times per day

Great self made breakfast could be enjoyed with a beautiful view on the city.

Way in the city was a bit tricky because of construction work but still better than parking in the narrow streets of the city.

Loved our stay here. It was only for one night but I wish we stayed longer. The host made us feel at home and had some good chats. The breakfast was well above our expectations, very traditional. The view from the room was great as well. The garden is amazing, could sit there all day admiring the views while sipping mountain tea.

The location is slightly away from the town centre which was also a plus as it can get noisy in the centre. Everything else was perfect.

Newly renovated property and very pleasant rooms. Balcony has a great view of the city in the evenings. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is served on a little patio garden shaded by grape vines.

Modern room within walking distance of the old town. Fantastic home cooked breakfast. The family who own the guesthouse were so friendly and accommodating :)

Shower could use a curtain to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor
