We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Resort in Elbasan. The hotel is located on top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views over the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking if everything is okay. There can be a small language barrier at times, but it’s never a real problem. The hotel is still working on some final touches, but it’s clear that step by step it’s becoming a truly great place to stay. A special mention goes to the man at the reception – his hospitality and helpfulness are simply invaluable for the hotel. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

The Hotel and Spa appear to be unfinished. It looks as though it will be great when completed. There were not enough staff and one staff member had been required to work extra hours despite clearly being exhausted. The staff also did not appear to have the required training or experience for the hospitality industry, though they did their very best to be helpful. I have no criticism of the staff at all, it's more a management or recruitment problem.

The location is great, with a fantastic view. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace for dinner and breakfast. The quality of the food was very good and the portions generous. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The playground area for kids is not secured and smaller kids can fall from the cliff. The swimming pool area is not secured and small kids can fall into a "pump & filtering hole". Child can easily lose their eye when playing in small pool because figures are broken and steel sharp bars sticking out. Toilet in the swimming pool area was not cleaned at all and it is jus a stinky hole in the ground. Many steps broken and small things that should be fixed. Restaurant offer poor menu poorly translated and waiters can't explain how the food is cooked. Stick to pizza and soup.

The location is just amazing, on the top of the hill overlooking the town, amazing views especially at night time. The hotel is renovated with amazing beds, beautiful bathrooms and balconies with amazing views. Two great swimming pools with comfortable sunbeds. Great for few days with family. 2 min drive to town.

The receptionist did not talk English, adn he did not understand anything. They wanted that we pay twice, because the slip did not came out. We ahd big issues arround that. They should have someone who speaks good english and knows how to to everything. The next thing is that the breakfast should be from 8:00 till 10:00, we came at 8:00 and we got breafast at 9:00. Nothing was prepared. The staff is a big problem there.

The location is grete and parking also: Pools are ok, rooms are ok.

Up to now the new road to the hotel is not indicated in Google Maps. Air conditioning did not work properly in all rooms.

Highly not recommend this hotel. It was looking nice but finnaly disaster!! First, I was asking many times for bill but this is not popssible for them to print it or send by email. Second I was bitten by bedbugs!! See attached pictures. I was in room 113.

I have travelled around world many times , They charge for water bottle 100lrk if you stay in room, from my experience most of the hotels charge for small snack bar available in rooms but drinking water is free . It feel slightly unfair but may be in albania it's normal, but prices for soft drinks starts from 150 lrk which seems fair being staying in 4 star hotel

Good place to visit, very clean rooms and restaurant area. Staff is very helpful, not all the staff speak English but they are always there to help, my 10 years door was not feeling well so Ibrahim one of there team member (speak english fluently)call one of the pharmacy and explain the symptoms of my daughter, the guy in pharmacy ask to send my daughter so that he can see her in person and give medicine, we got there and my daughter was given antibiotics, I visited the hotel in may and the children play area /outdoor pool was not fully functional , may be it's not busy at the time when I visited but the indoor pool and the suana was very nice. I stayed in room 103 which has heated floor in bathroom, the balcony is not your private balcony it's the communal area for all the rooms at front of the buildings, in general very clean and healthy atmosphere for family vacation with nice city views.

The breakfast was not ready when we had ordered it. Also there was mix up in the payment - I recommend to pay online. The water on the showers was pretty cold, one needed to wait quite a long to get hot water. The place is behind very poor road, and does not encourage to go to city.

Breakfast was OK, but not ready when we came to the restaurant. Also the modern feeling in the accommodation building was very good, the balcony was interesting.
