Breakfast is excellent with freshly made traditional pancakes being served by very polite & smiling staff. The property has access to a private beach making it very convenient if you have small children.

The location can be a bit difficult to find using google maps & also since there are quite a few resorts close by so makes it even more confusing.

Exceptional location and stunning sea view! This hotel is right on the beachfront — you wake up and the ocean is just there. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Between the sea breeze, the view, and the warm welcome, honestly, what more could we ask for? Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax by the sea.

Honestly all good for the price .

Osoblje je fantasticno, dorucak vrlo dobar. Parking i lezaljke su ukljucene u cijenu. Lokacija je dobra.

Ovdje smo vec drugu godinu i hotel se i dalje renovira, to kao turist ne zelis vidjeti i kvari malo citav dojam.

Great sea front location

Traveler experience can be enhanced by - providing some complimentary water bottles - providing beach towels , considering the private beach is a key attraction - not charging a service fee per person in the restaurant

We had a wonderful experience at this beachfront location, which felt like our own private beach. The property is family-owned and operated with a genuine touch. Vanessa, the young girl in charge, managed everything perfectly and provided exceptional service. The food was consistently fresh and delicious. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and we look forward to visiting again.

Some parts of the hotel are under construction, but I am sure they will be completed soon.

Best place we have been living in Vlore. So nice hotel with amazing staff, the best breakfast buffe and the food at the restaurant is unforgettable. All the guys there were amazing and so helpful. It went so easy to park to check in and check out. I absolutely recommend this place.

The breakfast was very nice and with fresh food. We were on the ground floor room on the first days and we moved to another room because the AC was not working properly. The beach was clean and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We got another room as in the first room the AC had a problem and was blowing warm air when it was almost 30 degree in September. Thanks to the staff they asked us to move to a better room. Our stay was only 3 nights moving our stuff was bit annoying but at least we didnt had to sleep at night on a hot room. The distance was bit far from center of Vlora and sometime we had some problems with parking of our car but at the end we managed to find places to park.

great staff. very friendly. as a family with children, we would like to thank them for their sincerity, love and warmth towards our children. both the kitchen staff and the cleaning staff, everyone there, thank you again for making us feel like part of the family there. we felt very comfortable, peaceful and safe during our 7-day holiday. this was one of the most important issues for us.

There were too many you coming into the room from outside.

Comfortable beds, you sleep and listen to the waves. Private beach with free sunbeds and beautiful sunsets. The breakfast is satisfactory, the same every day, but you have a choice. Тhe staff is friendly, they speak English very well.

The bathroom needs improvement.

Coffe should be free of charge, because is standard for breakfast. But 100 Lek is acceptable.

The property has a private beach, sunbeds, so the location was a plus. Rooms were extra clean, the hosts were cleaning everyday. I must say I’m positively impressed by that. The breakfast was good, even though it would be nice to have more options for 7 days of staying.

They need to make the entry of the property more accessible. Also, if it’s a hotel, it must have a parking lot with marked parking spaces for the guests of hotel, concrete, not dirt parking. Coffee is a part of breakfast, it’s mandatory to enter the price of breakfast, not to pay it extra. Because of this, I think the price does not correspond to the actual conditions. Extra advice for the hosts: They need to pay more attention to the guests who leave tips regularly.

The small hotel is located on the beach and you’ll have free access their private beach and sun beds. The room was very nice and clean and it seems all rooms has a sea view. We had breakfast included and it was good. The restaurant also offers very good lunch. Great and quiet location away from Vlore with a few other very good restaurants just next door. In my opinion it’s not a good idea to walk to Vlore as it’s too far away and the road lacks side walks but you can easily go there by car, it will take app. 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Very kind and helpful staff!
