Many stairs to get to the hotel, restaurant did not have flexibility for kids, as it was in the end of the beach, the access to restaurants were a bit far away ( 800 meters walk).

My room location was right near reception with no soundproofing and large gap bottom of the room door. I could clearly hear all conversations and foot traffic coming into the building.

The breakfast was okay but we have had better ones in Albania at cheaper hotels or even hotels of this same range. But we are not very picky or complain too much so overall we enjoyed it. The bar was a bit overpriced compared to others and we felt they were making prices up. However it could be the language barrier. They try very hard with English (and we know NO Albanian).

The location is the best. It is at the end of Dhermi so it is quiet and the beach is beautiful. We did not find it crowded (maybe low season still). You are only a few minutes away from all the restaurants and “noise” in Dhermi but then it is quiet early at night whilst other more central hotels must be very loud. Ana at the front desk was very friendly- she worked many shifts and did her best to recommend activities and restaurants. The hotel has parking which is great given the busy beach. The hotel price was very good.

Breakfast was the same every day and for 8 days the same food became very stale , they should upgrade.

Everything was good, the hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the best of all the place was very quiet at night so you can get proper rest .

They had some weird policies that I’d never encountered before for bringing food and drinks on the room, so you’re stuck paying a price premium for even water

The hotel was pretty nice, the rooms were beautifully furnished, and also with a great view of the sea, at least the sea view one, that we booked, so all and all nothing to complain.

Breakfast was very poor and didn’t match the hotel’s standard at all. We also found it quite strange that we weren’t allowed to take beach towels or use the beach on the day of checkout, although this was eventually resolved after discussing it with the reception.

The hotel was nice and clean, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach and beach service were very good.

The beds weren't made properly. The top sheet was just folded on top and the duvets didn't have the covers on... The host was really friendly and when we checked in, she said we could use the beach towels the next day (we only stayed one night), however when we asked for them in the morning, she said we couldn't have them because we were checking out, which was really unreasonable given what you pay for the property and the fact that she said we could use them the night before upon our arrival. Even if we needed to leave a deposit for them, it would be nice to have the option on check out day so you can still enjoy the beach and facilities. She also charged us 2€ for a small water bottle from our room, even though you are advised not to drink tap water in Albania, and this was the only property in 6 from our whole trip that charged us for water. Also, when we got to the beach, we sat on a big bed and had to clean the stones off (as it was super dirty), and when we finally finish dusting off the huge bed, one of the bar staff comes and tells us that we are not allowed to sit there because it is only for bar customers (even though the bar belongs to the hotel and we were there earlier having a few drinks...). Not only did we have to move, but it seemed like he waited for us to clean the whole matress off to then tell us we couldn't be there.

Our room had a beautiful sea view and was very spacious and comfortable!

Obviously gearing up for season and not quite ready - no coffee or cups in room although kettle. We did get tea sachets bought up with a couple of disposal cups but these weren’t replenished. Beach area wasn’t being cleaned, or bins emptied or tidied - we made this comment to reception and apparently others had too!

Location at end of beach and so was quiet - more development apparently been given the go ahead so this might change during construction phase - best to check when this is starting! Ina and other female colleague v friendly and helpful as was main bar lad, Big beach towels, sun beds and parking all included.

The receptionist was so kind and helpful! She checked in on us, helped us with taxis, and provided recommendations and information when we asked. We had an issue with our AC, and it was fixed incredibly quickly. The location at the end of the beach feels more private, and is only a short walk to more populated parts of the beach. Overall great experience!

The parking situation was hard during the hours of check in. We spent 25 minutes crammed at the end of what appears to be a one way street and eventually paid for parking and then the people from the hotel told us we were supposed to to just tell one of them we were staying at the hotel and they parked the car for us.

Breakfast was very repetitive, the only thing they had was scrambled eggs, after staying for 6 nights this got sickening.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable also the staff were super friendly. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the main strip. Beach bar was also very nice with friendly staff.
