As a vegetarian i would have prefered to be asked if i eat meat f.e. sausages at breakfast.

Driving from the south there are no signs showing the hotel. We drove past it several kilometers before doubling back to easily recognise it coming from the north.

Friendly welcoming staff and family. I highly recommend it, especially when you want to see more then just one town and beach it's located direct at the mainroad that but you don't hear anything from it. Also when you b don't want to go anywhere and just chill at the pool the make you lunch and diner.

Perfect location, very close to the beach. The host and the staff are very professional, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need for a short or long stay, very clean and well kept. We had a great time and hope to come back because it’s worth it!

Funny smell coming from the bathroom all day long, we had to keep the bathroom door constantly closed. The parking was small for the capacity of the guest house, it got a bit crowded at the end of the day

The only thing to complain about is the amount of wasps at the location, but the owner did try to remove them while we were staying at Palermiti

Great breakfast with a lot of variety, The property has a great view of the mountains and the surrounding sea. They also have a private beach, which is a 30 minute walk through the mountains, which is a hard climb in the heat. The private beach is not accessible by car, the closest beach nearby accesible by car is Llamani Beach where they ask 20€ for 2 beds

A few things to keep in mind: The location is a bit remote, no beach in walking distance - not an issue but good to keep in mind. Also the resort is right on a street, which does create some noise but wasn't bad, again just to keep in mind (for me Seaview means you open the window and have the beach or sea right in sight, here it is the street and some hills, sea in horizon). The host had some friends or family over which felt a bit strange (they took all the space at the pool, one evening there was loud celebration until 2am, overall they were not very friendly). Not a big deal but just didn't create a customer centric atmosphere and hospitality we were used to in other Albanian places. Just a note that on booking it indicates BBQ and washing machine facilities for guests. That's not the case. Overall we did enjoy the stay, these points above just may be useful for other guests to manage expectations.

Very comfortable and well equipped and designed bungalows. We slept very well on the comfortable beds. Great large shower and bathroom, generous fridge. The pool had inflatable toys for guests which was nice! Was nice to have the option to pay by credit card (first time in Albania at a hotel!).

You would need a car to get around but that wasn't an issue for me .

The views are fabulous . The room was a really good size. The shower was huge. The air-conditioning was great and it stayed on when you left your room. The place had a very relaxing atmosphere . The pool area is lovely. The food is locally sourced and home made. We had a different breakfast every morning. It was fabulous . We also had evening meals which were gorgeous. I would have loved to stay longer .

The air conditioning didn't always work in the room but other than that we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to others!

It's a beautiful small hotel with friendly staff and a great on site restaurant. Each room has a nice seating area outside and the terrace area has been designed very well, right next to the pool. There is a lovely view of Palermo bay from the pool terrace. You don't end up noticing that you are right next to the road given the way it is designed. You need to have a car to get around but it's nice to stay in a quieter place and drive the 5 mins into the town if you need (we ate at the hotel restaurant most nights). There is also a beautiful secluded bay you can walk to (but beware that it's quite a steep walk and bring plenty of water).

This place is very nice if you are looking to relax. Rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast and lunch are very good. The place is also located some 20 min walking to a super nice beach, the walk is a bit long but worth it :) The value added though in this place is the staff, all super kind and helpful.

Everything is maintained nicely! It is not locacted on the beach but in the mountains . Its next to a street but not busy.
