This is one of the best places we have stayed since we can remember. The view is breathtaking, without a doubt the best in the region. The balcony is super spacious and you can even sunbathe there if you want. The place was spotless clean and it was cleaned every day. The location is very strategic, you are at the top of the mountain and are able to reach either Palase/Green Coast or Dhermi/Drimadhe in 5-10 minutes by car. There is free parking at the premises for 2 cars and 2 additional parking spaces by the road. WIFI is working and is quite good. The beds are quite comfortable and the whole place is quiet during the whole day. Matilda is a very friendly and attentive host. She is made sure to check on us during our stay if we needed anything and made it quite comfortable to go to her if we had any requests. We are sure that we will come back again in the coming years!

Loved the host Miranda was super communicative, super nice and welcoming. Very easy to park which was incredible in the area. House in the main road so no need to go in the skinny Palase roads. Gotgeous view from the balcony room.

The apartment is very beautiful with great views. It is clean, has everything you might need (AC, kettle, fridge, coffee in the room as well as outside in the small common area.) Parking on the property is easy, most of the guests arrived in big cars and we were all able to park confortably. The host is very sweet and helpful, we will definitely be returning!

Well furnished apartment at a great location and short distance from the beach. The view from the balcony was breathtaking!!! The host was very kind and helpful and gave us such recommendations for places to eat, shop and swim. We will definitely stay again at this lovely apartment if we visit Palasa again. We definitely recommend it!!!

Matilda is an exceptional host, with an incredibly friendly attitude and non-stop availability. The room was fantastic and the view is undescribeable. We wish we have stayed more in her little paradise. The beaches along the area are the best in the entire country: Dhermi, Gjipe, Palasa beaches. Matilda is also incredibly prepared with the latest programs and opportunities in the area in terms of food, activities, things to do. I really recommend to everyone who would like to get away and experience the local Albanian vibe. I also recommend the rooms with sea views, still can't move on on that beauty.
