We had a great experience! The staff was very friendly, with great English and always ready to help with local recommendations. The location was excellent – everything within walking distance, including the beach. Great breakfast served on the terrace – fresh, generous and varied every day. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved having a private balcony with a table and chairs. We’d definitely come back!

A very attentive and hospitable hotel. You can have a wonderful holiday with your family. The hotels on the beach are very noisy. Definitely the right choice.

Where do I start? The location, cleanliness, amenities, the variety of room types, hospitality of the host and staff, delicious breakfast, spacious parking. Everything is top notch!

Strategically located in one of the main streets that goes directly to Poda Beach (2,3 minutes walk). Near to restaurants, bars, markets, small stores ans bistots. Although very central is sufficiently far from the big massive confusion that the central Ksamil is, specially near the beaches where the bars are located. Our room was big, clean and the breakfast is really, really good! The staff is very attentive and kind! We highly recommend this place!

Nothing to say about the hotel but we don't recommend the beaches nearby which are too crowded and all private where you have to pay between 1000 and 3000 le per day - if you go a bit far from Ksamil the beaches are less crowded and also very beautiful.

A wonderful and very well-organized hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and its location is excellent, close to the beaches. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, rich, and varied. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely come back again! 🌷

Everything was perfect, stuff helpful always, location is perfect

The room was great with all the facilities needed. Location is really good. Parking is well organized so we did not have to stress over a parking spot. We really liked the breakfast. The owner is hard working and really kind and helpful.

Miguel is a very good host, he helped in every sense. The hotel is very clean, the staff is smiling and fast. The breakfast is quite sufficient and suits the Turkish palate. There is no problem with parking, it is very close to the beaches. As a final word, Miguel is a great person, thank you.

Super friendly staff giving lots of recommendations. Very good breakfast with variety. Brand new hotel with huge room, good shower, excellent bed and good parking spots available. Excellent location, close to everything but still quiet.

The host was extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Overall, the accommodation is excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding; it was the best I have ever had at any hotel. Highly recommended!

Excelent location, comfortable room, the staff was very helpful, gave us a lot of advances about where to visit, where to eat...

The only problem was the shower room. The doors were missing, so every time you take a shower, everything gets wet.

Excellent hotel, clean spacious room and balcony. Breakfast was great.
