Our Aircon unit leaked onto our balcony and our bathroom room wouldn't actually close, which were ultimately only minor inconveniences.

The location and hotel itself was beautiful. Just slightly away from the activity of the city of Saranda. The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make friendly conversation and made us feel at home straight away. Throughout our stay, staff members would become friendly faces that we really enjoyed having chats with. The hotel's chef is also very talented - the food was delightful. The hotel arranged car hire for us, and provided us with medicine when one of us got a little ill! We also loved the presence of the hotel's animals!

Some of the information provided by booking were wrong. The hotel doesn’t have safe box. It was not a problem because the hotel is not big and there’s always someone at reception, so you can leave your stuff without being worried.

The staff was absolutely great and very supportive on everything. This hotel is a small one but nice and cosy.. The view from the garden was great and sunset were spectacular..

Hotel restaurant wasn't open when we stayed and so it was a long way to go to get food. We did manage to order uber eats one night but it was disappointing as we had made our decision to stay here on the basis there would be a restaurant open.

I'll start by telling you that it's not a 5-star hotel (maybe 4), so you won't be disappointed when you get here. However, the magnificent view, the hospitality of the employees who are attentive to everything you need, the extraordinarily tasty food, all these aspects make you feel wonderful. It is worth mentioning that it is at the end of the city, about 5 km from the center and the tourist port, but if you are looking for an oasis of peace and relaxation, you will definitely feel good here, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. But the walk on the beach and then on the streets of the city was beautiful. Regarding the beach, you have easy access by going down some steps to a public beach (without having to pay), as there are few in the area, where you have free access to some large beach cushions. Last but not least, Negli, our bartender and waiter (a man you rarely meet, knowledgeable in English, French and extremely kind) made us feel wonderful. Thank you ORB INN for a wonderful vacation.

This hotel was the best place I stayed during my trip to Albania. I really loved it! The service was excellent—everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help to me and my family. A real gem in Saranda. The hotel has its own garden, two huge plane trees create shade where you can sit all day. The hotel is clean, towels are changed every day. The staff is very professional and helpful, they are also very sweet and kind. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, you can also order lunch and dinner - the dishes are delicious and exquisite, the prices are normal. A big advantage is the quick access to the beach, it does not belong to the hotel, but it is not very crowded, since the hotel is a little out of the town. Choosing this hotel was the best decision in our vacation in Albania

One area for improvement would be the mosquito situation in the evenings. Unfortunately, it was quite difficult to enjoy the garden or sit outside after sunset because of them. It would be great if the hotel could consider some mosquito control measures to make those lovely outdoor areas more usable at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return! The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful escape with easy access to the beach, just a few steps away, which was a big plus for us. The hotel itself has a beautiful, modern design with a lot of attention to detail, and the sea view from our room was absolutely stunning — waking up to that view every morning was a highlight. The garden is lush and well maintained, offering a quiet space to relax. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning — fresh, tasty, and served in a lovely setting. It’s also convenient that you can order food directly from the hotel’s restaurant throughout the day, especially if you want to enjoy a relaxed day/evening in. While the hotel might seem a bit isolated at first glance, it's actually just a short walk from the main area of Saranda, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. We didn’t have a car during our stay, but we managed perfectly well without one. The reception staff was always helpful in arranging taxis for us when we wanted to visit nearby places like Ksamil. Just keep in mind that taxi prices can be a bit pricey — around €25 for even short distances. Overall, it’s a peaceful, well-run place with great service and everything you need for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Staying at Orb Inn was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Our experience here was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. It’s rare to find a place that feels this personal, this full of heart. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had the most stunning sea view. Every morning we woke up to sunshine and peacefulness — it was the perfect little paradise. Breakfasts were self-service and absolutely wonderful — fresh, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. Orb Inn is more than a hotel. It’s a place with soul. We miss it already. The location was great it was alittle away from the main area which was great for us as we had access to a beach very easily. If you have a car it makes it much more easier to access the main area of Sarandë. The breakfast was lovely, staff were super helpful especially the receptionist was fantastic and made the whole experience much more pleasurable.

It's a long walk to the town restaurants if you don't have a car but Orb Inn do have their own dining menu which we thoroughly enjoy one evening. Also you have to walk across a shallow river, which is cold and unsteady underfoot due to the river flow, to get to the warmer Adriatic waters. This wasn't ideal but didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay

Our ground floor room looked directly out to the Adriatic Sea with Corfu fully visible and every night a vibrant clear sunset disappearing on the sea-line horizon (glorious). With our car we had good access to both Sarande centre and the nearby Ksamil peninsula for eating out. Staff were really helpful and the peaceful surrounds were just what we wanted for chill-out days.

First up I'll say thank you. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We were on our first trip as a couple and little bit stressed. I reached out to the hotel and they responded quickly and helped us very much. The hotel itself feels like home. It's chill, people working at the hotel are very welcoming and kind. Breakfast was wonderful, buffet with loads of options. Stairs led straight to the beach, even though it's a rock beach (buy water shoes, trust me) it was still nice. The hotel had a dog, called "Roja"/"Roha" not quite sure but she/he was a really good dog, we had fun playing with him/her. The room itself was really comfy and clean. A wonderful bed, clean bathroom and shower and the balcony was really nice with a sea view. We dined a couple of times at the hotel bar/restaurant, and it was so so good. I'd recommend getting a "pinsa". If you're wondering about staying here, I would recommend it. If you're old enough to rent a car, I would recommend getting one. From the hotel to the nearest restaurant/shop the walk is about 10 to 15 minutes. We enjoyed walking and if you don't have a car I'd still recommend it. If I had any complaints it would be that I wish we would have stayed longer (we stayed for 2 weeks). Best of everything to the people at the hotel and Roha. Love you lot. Thank you.

One of the most beautiful and thoughtful hotels in Albania. Thanks to this hotel for their hospitality, in particular to the reception guy Illy and girl from the restaurant, who ran and did everything to make our stay wonderful. Very tasty and high-quality dishes in the hotel restaurant for an excellent price, and the hotel also has good breakfasts with fresh produce. This hotel has a very beautiful garden with sea views, and there was a wonderful sunset every evening. The rooms were all new and clean, and the bathroom also had new furniture. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends
