Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed here recently, and it was a huge letdown. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the rooms are not cleaned daily, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The location is terrible – it’s in the middle of nowhere, so you can’t even walk to a shop. There’s no ATM or convenience store on-site or nearby, meaning you need transport for absolutely everything. The pool area is frustrating because you can only sit on the right side (with fewer sunbeds), and the left side is reserved for locals. Speaking of locals, they and other outsiders are allowed to come in for the day to use the pool and dine, which makes the place overcrowded and chaotic. To make things worse, the hallway lights turn off around 8 PM, leaving the corridors pitch black due to almost no windows. It feels unsafe and poorly managed. People also reserve sunbeds by leaving towels overnight, and staff do nothing about it. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor location, bad management, and zero effort in guest comfort. Spend your money elsewhere! We were meant to be there 3 nights , we checked out after one night !

Lots to do, especially for kids. The restaurant had some of the best food we had the entire time in Albania.

I absolutely loved everything about this property – the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the comfort, and especially the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like – everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff throughout the resort are truly fantastic, all of them so friendly, I went to reception numerous times to gather information or to request this or that, and each time the girls were so so helpful. The guys waiting on and behind the bar were always so attentive, the staff in the restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals were always on hand when we needed them.

The hotel is fairly isolated, taxi's are available if you wish to venture out, but because we had children, we chose to eat in the restaurant multiple times for dinner - the menu looks very nice, but throughout our stay, some of the dishes were not available for the whole week - If you aren't providing the full menu, maybe think about taking those items off the menu

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is great. Everything felt clean. It’s a perfect place for soaking up the sun with access to an amazing pool

The air conditioning in the room was probably too small for the room so it didn’t cool down until a few hours after getting back to the room. The location is quite secluded so it is difficult to get to a supermarket without a car. The location is also a plus because it feels private and the atmosphere is calm in the pool area

Great hotel for a fun one night stay before flying out of Tirana. Pool and slides were brilliant for the kids and parents. Nice restaurant

Really nice hotel. Brand new. Nice waterpark. Great breakfast. Nice staff.

Breakfast was great but could use a little variation. Really far away from everything. The waterpark was open for 30 minutes then closed for 30 minutes which were a little bit wierd.

Super helpfull Staff, thay were engaged to solve unexpectet issue! Very nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good, maybe to less vegetables. Swimming pool and slides were great! Pool bar and pizza amazing!

Limited English, I wish all employees spoke English as it was difficult to communicate at times.

All the staff were very nice & helpful. The suite was lovely, & the bed was extremely comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean throughout. The swimming pools were exceptionally clean and maintained all day by the staff. The restaurant was great & the food was to a high standard. The breakfast had a really good variety.

So much choice. So many options. Absolutely everything for everyone. Especially the staff is very positive…
